In this age of information technology, our life is unimaginable without smart gadgets. Smart devices are our daily companions from the moment we wake up until we go to sleep. But have you thought? Due to the use of this gadget, mental stress has increased in us.

Smart gadgets were created to make our daily lives easier. From Smartphones to Smartwatches – these devices are helping us increase the convenience and connectivity in our lives. But whether its increasing use is increasing mental anxiety makes us wonder.

As we increasingly connect with the world through social media, it's amazing how much information and news are available to us at the tip of a finger. In keeping with the developed world, we are also following various trends. We are becoming judgmental about war-fighting, very malleable things. Showing violence over someone's personal opinion without thinking about the flip side of the coin. Those with whom these things are happening are going through mental stress. He even decided to commit suicide because he couldn't bear it.

How Gadget Use Increases Stress

With the free access to the internet, people are getting more freedom in social media. As a result, losing focus on any creative work. Brain functions become useless, resulting in a lack of interest in doing anything new. As a result, mental stress is increasing.

Due to excessive use of gadgets, relationships between people are getting damaged. Relationships with friends or partners are deteriorating. Due to the distance created, quarrels continue. Mental stress is also increasing.

Mental stress can also increase due to reduced physical activity. Smart gadgets have reduced the manual labor of people. Excessive worry also increases mental stress due to lying down.
