Dream World and How to Remember Everything We Are Taught There?

Journey to Self

I can honestly admit that years ago, I didn't believe in any celestial positions, and horoscopes were simply seen as social games because often they didn't match up. But since we all contain all the signs within us, we can find every sign within ourselves. What is happening in the recent energies, however, is directly related to the interpretations of astrologers. This, in turn, makes even someone like me, a semi-skeptic, believe that these celestial stones with their sensed attraction are influencing us in a significant way.

But that's not what I wanted to write about today. As the title suggests, our brain tends to filter out some information as spam, processing only what matches known experiences and permissions.

So, what can we do to achieve awareness of our dreams and the information given there, without feeling like a mess in the morning? A mess like 'I know it was important, but what on earth was it or what were they trying to tell me? I was clearly told, I even told myself that it's IMPORTANT, and now I only remember that I need to remember it.'

I believe many have experienced this feeling. I have been trying a kind of mantra for several nights now to bring the knowledge gained in dreams into wakefulness.

Here's the method that my Soul Sister Ana Souto suggested in one of her video talks. And most importantly, it works. At least in my case.

Focus and quiet down your 'chattering parrot' in your head.

Connect with your Higher Self or whatever guidance you trust.

Say:

Take me where I need to go.

Show me what I need to see.

Tell me what I need to hear.

Enter permission, allowing yourself to travel in the dream world, to receive and remember all that you need for your development in this world.

Then, prepare a space for storing and re-presenting the information the next morning.

Saying:

I remember my dream.

My body remembers my dream.

My brain remembers my dream.

My mind remembers that dream.

My soul remembers that dream.

My heart remembers that dream.

For those not used to recalling dreams, you can keep a notebook and pen by your bed, or use a voice recording app on your smartphone to jot down keywords if you wake up during the night. Often, when you wake up in the night, you remember the entire story. But when you fall asleep again and wake up in the morning, the whole story is forgotten.

However, if you have keywords to remind you, your brain's 'search engine' activates, and the dream comes back. Along with the memory comes the realization of what that story taught you or warned you about.

The world we explore during sleep is actually very real. The fact that we often consider it unbelievable and impossible doesn't mean it doesn't exist. It's just that our poor biochemical brain can't comprehend it because it follows entirely different rules than this 3D world and physical reality.

So, my dear Travel Companions, it's time to be ready and embrace your true soul mission, to fight for Life and Consciousness, which have taken root on this beautiful planet called Earth. Universally known as Gaia. And to support its energetic transition into a new frequency and density.

All these wild emotional fluctuations, which sometimes make us feel like we've entered a state of bipolarity, are actually the adjustments of new energy to our cellular level and a cleansing fire to release old perspectives that have outlived their purpose.

Wishing Unconditional Love and deep inner balance,

Lone Wolf in her contemplations.
