Do you often feel like “something is wrong”?
When you can't tell what's wrong, that might be the real problem

We always have those moments --
Everything seems to be OK, life goes on, work is done, and friends occasionally meet.
But in my heart, I feel depressed, speechless, and unclear,
Just like the light is on in the room, but you feel like you are walking alone in the dark.
1. Unexplainable fatigue is more difficult to bear than clear pain
When you can accurately point out the problem, it is often easier to solve.
The scary thing is the kind of uneasiness that can't tell the specific reason-
You haven't experienced a major blow, nor have you faced sudden changes,
But you are tired, empty, numb, and even doubt whether you are "broken" in the dead of night.
This is not fragility, this is a common emotional dilemma for humans.
Sometimes, we are not bearing a specific thing,
but dealing with the "total amount" of life.
2. You are not incompetent, you are just trying too hard
You have been working hard to live.
You try to take care of others, work hard, and maintain superficial calm,
But maybe in the process, you forget to leave some room for yourself.
Modern people's anxiety is often not because they do not do enough, but because they do too much, too long, and have no respite.
You are not lazy, nor do you have a fragile heart.
You just need a real "pause" to take care of yourself, instead of pushing yourself forward again and again.
3. "Something is wrong" is actually your inner voice reminding you.
We are too used to ignoring the inner voice.
When there is something wrong with the body, we will go to the doctor;
But when the mind is tired, we always say "Just bear with it."
That vague emotional feeling is actually your subconscious trying to tell you:
"You have deviated from your state, come back and take a look at yourself."
Don't rush to escape this feeling, it may not be an enemy,
but the beginning of your new dialogue with yourself.
🖤 Thank you for reading.
Maybe you can't say "what's wrong" now,
but I hope this text can let you know: you are not alone.
Someone understands your feelings. Your road is still going on.
