The Effects Of Losing The Ability To Publish and Comment On Vocal
Introduction
It has been twenty days since I could use my main account to publish on Vocal.
I finally got an email admitting it was the same problem as six months ago, on December 5th, but I have heard nothing since.
I have no saved stories.
What Am I Doing?
A damned sight more than Vocal seems to be doing. I thought I'd try posting on Discord, but as far as Vocal support is concerned that seems to be dead in the water. This was posted with Justin and Gina tagged on the 26th November.
This is what we get when we raise a request
I don't want to flood them, but when you get no replies, you can only raise another ticket, send an email or drop something on Discord.
Most Creators have been supportive and annoyed at Vocal's treatment of me, but many are totally unaware of my situation.
Some have said they wish I would start writing again, but they will not check my writing on this backup account.
One friend has been emailing Vocal on my behalf and received this last Friday, when I got my last communication from them. I'm sure she will be ok with me sharing this.
Conclusion
I think Vocal is a brilliant writing and publishing platform, but it needs to work, and we need to be kept informed. If they are having problems fixing this issue, they need to inform me and ask for extra details if needed.
I know how these things work, and I can find workarounds, but if this happens to other Vocal Creators, they may become despondent and leave the platform.

Wow, I have a strong tendency to be a troublemaker. If you find yourself in need of mischief, I can be of assistance. Fixing stuff . . . Only no broken stuff. On a serious note, I hope it gets resolved, posthaste.
Hey yeah, I'm fine with you sharing the email don't worry. I have emailed them again even though they have said not to. I just want to keep them on their toes. I have also mentioned the fact that there has been no communication between creators and Justin. I just hope this is resolved very quickly, but with Christmas around the corner I'm not sure what's going to happen

If it's been currently worked on, it would be nice if they told you what was wrong and how long it'll take for them to fix it
I feel you on your anxiety that your stories are not getting traction. There are glitches that need fixing. Sometimes, I wonder if its hackers trying put havoc on Vocal platform because of its popularity globally.? If I know how to fixed your situation. I would fixed in a heart beat. Hang in there. ππ«π«
