BIS Certification for toys for assembling unit
The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has made electric and non-electric toys mandatory to bear the ISI mark. They cannot be manufactured, sold, imported, or distributed in the Indian market without bearing the ISI mark.

To protect the interests and welfare of children, the Quality Control Rules, 2020, issued by the BIS Department states that BIS registration for toys is mandatory for manufacturers and importers of toys for children under the age of 14 years to sell them in the Indian Market. BIS certification for toys ensures that the toys meet the safety and quality standards set by the BIS Department. BIS certification is mandatory by law for all toys sold in India. Failure to follow these rules can lead to fines, product recalls, and damage to your company's reputation. BIS certification ensures that your products comply with Indian regulatory standards.
