Upon embarking on the endeavor of engaging in daily exercise before commencing my work routine for a consecutive week, I have acquired a plethora of valuable insights. Firstly, I have come to realize that the most effective method to ensure a restful night's sleep is to exert myself physically each morning. Additionally, I have observed a notable enhancement in my productivity during the early hours of the day subsequent to breaking a sweat. Lastly, despite the arduous nature of the task, I have concluded that the act of rousing myself from slumber to complete my workout prior to commencing the day is indeed worthwhile.
Nevertheless, throughout the course of this week, I have identified four errors that I made, which I intend to rectify as I continue my fitness journey. These mistakes encompass both omissions and actions that I would approach differently in the future. One such oversight pertains to the practice of selecting my attire for the following day the night before, a habit that I had previously adhered to since my middle school years. Regrettably, during the onset of the pandemic in 2020, when the majority of individuals, including myself, sought refuge within the confines of their homes and ventured outdoors sparingly, I ceased this practice. As my occupation continued to offer the option of working remotely, I gradually adopted the habit of donning loungewear throughout the entirety of the day, thereby neglecting the opportunity to assemble fashionable ensembles.
However, during the duration of this exercise challenge, I found myself awakening approximately 90 minutes earlier than my customary time, rendering the task of selecting an outfit the night prior significantly more manageable. Consequently, I could effortlessly arise from my slumber the subsequent day, don my chosen attire, and promptly depart from my abode. Nonetheless, there was an occasion wherein I was so fatigued from an unusually protracted day that I neglected to allocate the necessary time to arrange my clothing for the ensuing day. I erroneously presumed that I could simply undertake this task on the following morning.
