A Letter To the Other Woman
Conflict of emotions.

I forgive you. For all the sleepless nights you caused, for all your efforts to destroy my family, for ringing the phone during dinner time, for being his comforter after a fight, for causing the fights, for being younger and prettier, for taking a father from his children, for sharing his money, time and affection with us, for exposing my children to reality before their time, for being yet another skeleton in our closet, for making me a laughing stock, for destroying a home, for being the other woman.
I thank you. For taking him away after a fight, for saving me from much emotionless sex, from many false intimacy, for ringing the phone during dinner time, for being younger and prettier, for opening my eyes, for being the last straw, for finally making him let me go, for giving me the courage to go, for giving me the space to forgive you, for making me realize he doesn't love you and never would because he loves no one but himself, for making me realize I pity you, for being the other woman.

A well woven path to healing. This is beautiful in its own way.
