A look into the art and science of vehicular design; all the ins and outs of building cars, trucks, motorcycles and more.
Talking About Hydraulic Trailer Brakes
Basics of Trailer Brakes Trailer brakes function much like vehicle brakes when it comes to braking. An automobile's brakes work by converting kinetic energy into friction, which stops the vehicle's motion by converting it into kinetic energy. Surfaces encounter friction when they move against each other or rub against each other (usually in the opposite direction).

My Silly Muscle Car Dreams: part IV
So far I've written two articles about Muscle Cars from 1970, my birth year, that I'd love to own as well as one about cars from the 70s you might not think of as Muscle Cars, but can still be customized to look and perform very well. I also wrote about some awesome Restomods and some classic sports cars I would absolutely love to own. And finally, I wrote an article about the two relatively fast cars I've owned and some of the truly fast cars I have driven.

I’ve known several people who took less than popular/less than traditional cars and turned them into head-turning cars that had all the power and performance that the factory-built Muscle Cars did.

This 11th-generation Civic gets a thorough makeover inside and out. Some may say the new Civic's more conventional design is boring compared to the previous model's flamboyance, but we contend it's cleaner and more refined.
