In Search of the Northern Lights
My search for the Northern Lights began back in 2014, I had seen thousands of photos in books and online, and of course, I’d watched The Snowman… duh. One of my best friends once told me that he planned on proposing to the girl of his dreams in view of the northern lights in Greenland. How romantic is that? What a beautiful and spectacular notion. Surely something magical that the both of them will always remember! I decided I must see this wonderful natural phenomenon for myself.

Top Ten Tips for Disneyland Trips
Disneyland. I love it. I hate crowds, and screaming children, and being run over by strollers, and to be honest, the guys in the suits creep me out a bit, but I absolutely love the madness that comes with visiting "The Happiest Place on Earth." I love the smell of kettle corn when you get off the tram. I love the sound of Disney music piped into Main St. USA. I just love all of it. I've had year passes to Disneyland off and on for a long time and there was a period of time I was going with my S.O. 4-5 times a week. Needless to say, I learned some pretty awesome tips and tricks. Now, I want to share my experience with you so that if you go to Disneyland, even if it is just for one day, you can maximize your time there and try to preserve your sanity. These tips and tricks are primarily geared for summer visits because that is when the park gets most of its guests, but much of it applies year round. Note: I am not affiliated with Disney. Things I Remember About Tokyo
Ever since I was little and started getting into anime, it was always my lifelong ambition to go to Japan. In July 2015, I made that dream into a reality and I think it was one of the best trips of my life and the country's capital has left an everlasting impact on me. Tokyo was one of those places that I knew I would love before even stepping one foot in the city and now that I've been to Tokyo, I think I can say that it's one of my favourite cities in the world. There's a lot of things I remember and most of it feels like a neon blur, but there are some very vivid memories of Tokyo and many fun stories I've been able to share.

Jokes About Pennsylvania that Are Funny Because They’re True
Having lived in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 2003, I can tell you: the keystone state is a weird place. It’s basically Philly and the Burgh on either side, and in between you can find a combination of the states of Alabama, Kentucky, and maybe Texas, where many tiny cities are found. These tiny towns are not only suburbs of our two major cities, which are some of the biggest cities in the nation, but also suburbs of some of what I like to call PA’s “minor cities.” These cities include Erie, Scranton, Altoona, and the capital city of Harrisburg, where I grew up. All of that said, please don’t root for the other sports teams, and I say this well aware that people in Harrisburg will root for the Phillies during baseball season, and then during football season, those exact same people will have Terrible Towels as flags outside their houses. Pennsylvania is also seemingly the one state in the entire country that doesn’t sell alcoholic beverages in gas stations or grocery stores, although there have been some strides made in recent years, but most of the time, you have to buy your alcohol at a state-owned Wine & Spirits stores. And don’t even get me started on the Wawa-Sheetz-GetGo war. With all of that in mind, it’s not that uncommon for people to joke about my home state, and to quote The Megas, “some sting but some can’t help but ring true,” and then there are some that are funny because they are true. I found a website with a list of Pennsylvania jokes that I would like to touch on a little bit because, like I said, they’re funny because they’re true, but many might not know how true they actually are.

I Want Adventure In That Great Wide Somewhere
“What? That’s so cool. But…why?” Every time someone has asked me “why?” over the last two months, I’ve had some really great answers. Answers that were honest, but also very specificto the needs of each person that asked me – what they value, what they understand, how they think – because that’s something I’m good at. I’m great at editing my life to make it more palatable for those around me. Less great at making it palatable for myself.
