Norwegian fjords
The experience of many people in the Norwegian fjords comes from a boat-sailing area, but it is very beneficial to walk and explore. Of course, geography states that walking involves the ups and downs of a journey, starting and ending on the edge of a fjord. It is fun not for the depressed.

What do Turks eat at home?
Turkish "stew" Turkey has a completely different type of cooking called home cooking - in Turkish it is "EV yemeğ i". One of the characteristics of Turkish home cooking is that it often does not add meat, and for some time I doubted the family conditions. Later, I learned that home cooking is a simple stew, of which the most suitable stew dish is provided and called "Sulu yemek", which literally means "dish with water". In summer, these stews are cooked with beans and seasonal vegetables. Onions and tomatoes are essential, from white and Baltic beans to okra and peas. Another tradition is to simply use dill to make stews with seasonal ingredients of artichokes and fava beans.

Diamond Princess prep & 3 flights to New Zealand
The thought of working with Chad again was not a very appealing one however I knew I’d have a great manager and assistant manager in Kirsty & Scott who I’d worked with before & Sam & Cat who I’d worked with on the Coral & Sun. The Diamond was a grand class ship but built originally in Japan and over the course of the 6 month contract I’d be doing 3 different itineraries starting in Australia, crossing over to Asia and then finishing off in Alaska again.
