Travel enthusiast Lyndsay Maas has come up with of prime locations travelers should visit this year.

Whether you’re planning on traveling on a budget or are looking for a more lavish adventure, there are plenty of places to visit that will make your trip memorable. This article is a travel bucket list for 2023.
Edinburgh, Scotland
Edinburgh is known for its unique blend of modern and historic sights, making it a great place to visit for anyone interested in history and culture. It is also home to some of the world’s most stunning architecture, such as Edinburgh Castle. The Edinburgh Fringe is a yearly arts and culture festival in the city.
Bucharest, Romania
The capital of Romania, Bucharest, has plenty of things to do. It is home to numerous restaurants and coffee shops and is also known for its rich history. You can visit one of the city’s museums or the Palace of Parliament. If you prefer a more laid-back adventure, try escaping the city center and exploring the castle in Sinaia.
Canary Islands, Spain
The seven islands in the Canaries are closer to Africa than Spain, making them a popular vacation spot for Europeans. The area is known for its beautiful beaches, great surf, and volcanic wines. Unfortunately, the Canaries are relatively unknown to most Americans, making them an unlikely stop for most North American travelers.
Erding, Germany
Located just a couple of minutes away from Munich airport, the town of Erding is known for its various attractions. First, it is the home of the largest brewery that produces wheat beers and offers tours that will give you a deeper understanding of German beer. Also, this town is known for its large thermal spa, which is the largest in the world. This area has outdoor and indoor hot pools, private spa treatments, and sauna facilities.
Florianópolis, Brazil
The city of Florianopolis is located in Santa Catarina state’s Santa Catarina region. Beautiful beaches surround it. But the area is known for its fantastic surf and activities, such as kayaking, surfing, and boating. Some best areas for beginner surfers are Praia do Lagoa and Praia do Campocho. The area is referred to as Praia da Joaquin for more advanced riders.
