To full comprehend the world one must be truly one with it to truly understand.
We are floating on a giant rock to just think about this perspective that all of humanity is here on this tiny rock.
How insignificant we are.
It took millions of years to create the conditions for life and many of millions failed mutations and adaptations and now we are here today.
People are oblivious to the world we have all these structures and systems in place to give the world order, to give people purpose highlighted by saying ‘it makes the world go round’
This is not true at all.
If there was no money, no economy, no states the the world wound still being going around if we were here if we were not here it would still be doing the same thing we are in the schema of the universe insignificant.
That is what makes it so special that we are conscious and we have the ability realise how unbelievable it is to be here on right now on earth. A giant rock just floating around the sun to be able to touch to smell to feel too love to connect and feel the bliss of nature.
I believe knowing this is the greatest freedom that one can have to be aware to be conscious of life and live in the present and enjoy the fruits of life, to love.
Is this at all possible with the world being how it is, can one truly be free. Free from these systems free from being a tool of society a gear in the cogs.
In the world today having a job that pays well is not enough because you will slave your life away everyday and in return receive a piece of paper at the end of the week with some numbers on it. Numbers that not every closely reflect how much you are worth what that time was worth. Although it is easy to become trapped in this daily grind and before you know it you are no longer here and what did your life mean you didn’t even get to enjoy it.
Yes you got to enjoy the spenders that you could buy with the hard work you put in but this dose not give you freedom for it is ruled by money. Unless one has an endless amount they can not truly be free from the system.
This this what humankind has become mindless slaves spending hard earned money on a quick fix, are we all not addicts and our poison is money.
Yasin shuts his little black book where he writes since he has not friends where he lives it gives him clarity as if he has someone to share his most inner thoughts and emotions with. If only for a second. Besides his books he is alone with his thoughts.
He puts the rest of his books in his bag, takes a swig of mouth wash and head off to uni which is just down the road.
Here where he lives in Wellington New Zealand which he really doesn’t like. His inability to meet people my be the a major factor of this although the people in wellington seem to be rather living in a different world unaware that this is the end of the world and what is out there. This drives Yasin crazy he can’t get his head past it. He is in Wellington to get his degree separated from friends family and the one that he loves or at lest did love. A year since he was able to see her, being so long without the sweet touch of a lover has coated and crusted skin. To deal with this he has decided that he decided his emotions that nobody else can effect how he feels and it is working.
Reading bring him a lot of joy, he wants to become a writer and has been planning to write a book a novel about himself really and what he has always dreamed of doing. Just getting in his car and drive and just keep going and have the craziest adventure.
As he walks down the ally taking two steps at a time since he is late when suddenly he stops. As he sees some cardboard boxes with some scrappy handwriting saying ‘FREE’ on the side. They are full of books all sorts of books, textbooks, novels, dictionaries.
He thinks ‘’Whenever I see something like this I think that people will judge me for looking for it like there is some sort of stigma around it’,
But this time he stop’s and he look through it. There is see a rectangular book a look smaller then the rest of them a little faded with a little fountain imprinted on the front. On the spine of the book it read the ‘The Diary of Samual Pepys’ he thinks who is that. He likes the look of it so he takes it and opens it and he cannot believe his eyes and quickly shuts it and tries to act normal although he must look like he got hit by lighting with every hair on his body now fully erect. He continues on he is way as if everything is normal. He goes to the uni and into the toilets and opens the book and its full of money. ‘Someone must have carved it out and hidden their fortunes in here.’
He begins to count. $20 000 dollars is the final sum. He cannot believe it.
'Today must be my day.’
So he decided to seize the day.
‘’I have the money now I’m going to enjoy the freedom that comes with it’’
There are so many things but the things that he has been missing his love is number one on that list and dancing’s his favourite thing to do with her.
‘’For when one dances they are in there purest form, dancing is healing, dancing is a display of your inner being dancing is where you are truly free’’
He runs home and jumps in his car and drives straight for the airport. When he gets there all he has is is passport, phone, wallet and the book and his little black book. He runs to the counter and buys the first flight to Bangkok where his love lives. Luckily since their is a flight leaving in 1 hour just enough time.
He thinks, ‘this really must be my day.’
He messages his love the flight details and to come to the Airport and wait for him he will be getting there soon.
As he is on the plane he opens his little black book
Have I made the right choose I am not one to be so irrational and live straight off my emotions so impulsive I have never been, but why not. Only in stories do such things as finding $20 000 happen and what do they do in stories? If they were to save it and use it for future investments that wouldn’t be a book worth reading. We are only here for a finite amount of time and this has have happened for a reason anybody could have picked up that book, but I did. I have noting too loose but to create a life long memory and spend a night living in this paradise before I die.
When he gets to Bangkok and walks out of the Airport and there waiting for him is the love of his life he knows as soo as he sees her. The time spent being apart whisked aways and it is confirmed that there was no better way to spend this money. Then to come and see her even if this is the last time because being apart for soloing is the hardest thing one can do.When the dream of them everyday, waking up they are the first thing you think of the only thing you want is to open your eyes and see them and kiss them good morning.
He hugs her and kisses her and tells her that he loves her and what had happened and she can not believe it. He tellers her what he wants to do and they jump in the taxi ecstatic.
They go and buy a new out fits for himself and his love for the situation how else can one get into the to nicest restaurant and have the fanciest food the caviare straight from the black sea, and champaign $1000 a bottle. Blowing half of the money already. that is alright because he wants to experience what it is like to enjoy the fruits that money can buy.
Now being in Bangkok there is only one thing to do the thing that he has been craving for the past 2 years to just party. Forget about everything and dance not even to go to a big expensive club but just to have the craziest wildest party where everybody has the best night of their lives. Where everybody is there together present just living leaving everything behind and just being present dancing screaming.
What more can you want.
It would be selfish to spend it all on ones self the best thing one can do is spread the love. Because if anything should and could make the world go round it is love that gives us a purpose.
Wanting everybody to have a good time he pays for drinks for everybody. And they dance Yasin with his love and everyone there they dance all night.
When night is over and they have retreated to the tallest building to have a breakfast with a view of the whole city. Just waking up for the nights slumber. The sun peaking past the taller buildings. It is a new day. After a fancy breakfast with more food then anyone could imagine they take taxi back to the airport.
The they are in the taxi Yasin say to his dearest love,
’’This has been what I have longed for, I have watched people and envied them as I sat alone in the parks and in my room in Wellington. I have watched you go out and live what I believe is an important part of life and wished I could be apart of it. I have hated you for it. I have been so close to giving up not able to handle the pain.
Yesterday is something that happens once in a life time, which is a very sad thing to say although it was only made possible to such a fortunate finding. Money being the means to get to where I needed to be. At this point in time and as I leave today I do not know when or if we will see each other again but the experiences, the intense love and energy that we and all the other people felt last night is key to life.
We are a species that need each other. We do not get along and have many downfalls in our characters and our nature. But if we just for a moment for a time look around us and be present it can change our whole perspective. It is not about the money. I cannot empathic this enough and the world has taken this objective concept and built our whole world and society around it. We have become slaves to it. What Is really important and what really makes the world go around is love.
Love for live, love for yourself, someone to love, love for nature and all the animals and people that is our purpose and last night we got to experience it. We got a break a chance to enjoy the fruits of life without a single worry or regret.’’
We get to the airport and there is just enough to pay for a flight back to reality.
