How To Have the Greatest, Most Mind-Blowing Sex Ever!
Don’t be shocked by the image. It’s not new. I am not implying anything negative or questionable by including the above photo in this story. Achievers in the film and television businesses know one another, and are frequently cordial at parties.

How Birth Control Works
Birth control works to prevent pregnancy as well as to repress the menstrual cycle. Hormones need to be replaced in order to not allow a pregnancy to happen. The birth control pill is a form of contraceptive that works when ovulation is stopped (when the egg is released). Birth control also helps make the cervix’s mucus get thicker rather than stay fluid, which allows sperm to enter the vagina so that the egg can be fertilized. Birth control completely stops the fertilization process. This is why birth control must be taken one pill at a time, one day at a time, daily.

Fuck Freud and His Penis Envy; What About Menstruation Envy?
In Simone de Beauvoir’s groundbreaking and controversial feminist masterpiece The Second Sex she posits that: “This is when she feels most acutely that her body is an alienated opaque thing; it is the prey of a stubborn and foreign life that makes an unmakes a crib in her every month… woman is her body as man is his, but her body is something other than her.”

I Was Gang Raped at 13...
This is probably a story that many of us, too many of us, can tell. It's a story that's been forgotten, pushed under the rug, and only recently with the #metoo movement, even been acceptable to relate to family and friends, let alone strangers who may judge, denigrate, and victim blame me. I won't go into details in this piece, but at 13 I ran away and in the process, I was gang raped by five men and an 11-year-old little boy. Through the grace of God and my determined mother, I was saved from the child trafficking ring these men had established in Las Vegas. Basically, their operation had members who sought out "lost" middle school girls and convinced them to run away to their "house" where they were raped "to break them in" and then shuttled to California. I was the second girl from my middle school who was targeted by this operation. The first girl was taken to California and never seen or heard from again.

Do You Know About Stealthing?
When I first read about this disturbing trend I struggled to wrap my brain around it. Part of me was surprised that men are doing this. And the other part of me isn't surprised. Not. At. All. But what the fuck is so hard about consent? To me, it seems like a really simple concept, but there are a lot of people who to struggle in understanding it.

I’m a Strong, Independent Woman but I Still Can’t Say ‘No’
As cliché as it sounds, I have long considered myself to be a strong, independent woman who won’t do anything just because someone else wants me to. Every date I’ve been on I’ve said that I’m going to be myself and if he doesn’t like that then it’s his loss. Whenever I read stories of women being coerced into having sexual relations against their will, I always told myself that they wouldn’t be able to convince me, that I’d be stubborn and wouldn’t give in. It was all well and good of me saying that then, but the truth is when the time came, it was easier to give in.

Why Tiana Is the Best Disney Princess
I’ve always been a fan of Disney, and I’ve probably watched more Disney movies than any other 20-year-old. Although the Disney princess movies (well, some of them) haven’t always been my favorite, I have seen them all more times than I would like to admit. But when I saw The Princess and the Frog for the first time in theaters, I knew Tiana was the best Disney princess thus far.

Best Shops to Buy Lingerie
Shop Number One: Victoria's Secret Yes, I know this is an obvious, but oh my god. How beautiful is the underwear? If only I was a millionaire, I'd buy everything. They have everything you could possibly imagine, from slips, babydolls, bodysuits, teddies, and corsets. I mean, yeah, of course, it's expensive, but wouldn't you rather buy one set of lingerie a month for £50 and feel ultra sexy or buy four sets for £12 and feel not as sexy? No matter what size you are, you go in that shop gal and buy the sexiest lingerie and you FEEL AMAZING. The plus side, it's not all just lingerie, you can get dressing gowns, even sportswear, leggings, bras, hoodies. The majority of my clothes are from Victoria's Secret PINK. I don't know what it is, I can't quite pin my finger on it, but when I wear it, I feel empowered and ready for my day, especially when I work out. I feel like an actual Victoria's Secret angel.

You're going about living your life after a trauma, wondering if you will ever get past what happened to you, wondering if you will ever feel like yourself again.
