Coppin State 56 - Delaware 54
Host Coppin State overcame a 33-25 deficit during a 17-8 third quarter run to defeat Delaware.

Guard Aliyah Lawson led the way for the Lady Eagles with 18 points. She hit five-of-eight three-point shots. She also led her team with six three steals to go along with six rebounds. Abby Weiss came off the bench to score 10 points on a perfect three-of-three shooting, including a perfect two-for-two from three.
Daije Harris was the lone Delaware State competitor who scored 10 points. Coppin State pulled off an amazing feat. It turned over the ball 31 times and had eight turnovers, while still managing to win the game. Coppin State won by outshooting its opponent. The Lady Eagles shot 52 percent from three and 42 percent overall. Delaware State who had nine assists and 18 turnovers shot 11 percent from three and 32 percent overall.
Maryland 84 - Indiana 80
Maryland (7-1) had a 23-9 lead after the first quarter before finding itself into a close battle with Big Ten foe Indiana (5-3).

Ashley Owusu and Diamond Miller both posted 20 points for Maryland. Miller scored at least 20 points for the third time this year. She entered the game averaging 17.9 points per game this season and shot a team best 66 percent during the game. Owusu continued her strong season with five assists and five rebounds to go with her 20 points. She had 34 points in her previous game.
Guard Chloe Bibby pitched in 15 points for Maryland. Indiana was led in scoring by junior guard Grace Berger's season high 28 points. It was only her second game with 20 points or more this season. She also had seven assists and no turnovers. Forward Mackenzie Holmes had a double-double for the Hoosiers with 18 points and 11 rebounds.
Fresno State 83 - Wyoming 80 (OT)
Fresno State got back to .500 with a three-point overtime win on the road.
The Cavinder sisters brought it to the Cowgirls of Wyoming. Haley Cavinder led Fresno State with 24 points. This was her third straight game with 20 points or more. She also tallied six rebounds, two steals, two assists and one block. Hanna scored 18 points with four steals. She shot 53 percent from the field.

Forward Maddi Utti scored 23 points for Fresno State. It was her season high in scoring. She also had 10 rebounds and a season best four assists to go along with two steals and one block.

Wyoming was led by Alba Sanchez Ramos' season high 27 points. She made five-of-eight three-pointers, while grabbing a season best nine rebounds. She also had her most steals of the season with three and tied her best assists tally with four.

Longwood 79 - South Carolina Upstate 70

Longwood Akila Smith is usually a dynamo on the boards on Jan. 4, she was that on the scoreboard. She entered the game averaging 12 rebounds per game and only snagged seven against South Carolina Upstate. She did however score a season high 29 points on 14-of-20 shooting.
Smith had four straight games with at least 10 rebounds, but this game saw her dominate as a scorer while still being effective on defense. She stole the ball a season high four times while recording three blocks.

Longwood also got a strong performance from Kyla McMakin who posted 19 points, five rebounds and two steals. Anne-Hamilton LeRoy added 13 points on nine-of-10 shooting from the free-throw line for the Lancers.
South Carolina Upstate was led by forward Molly Coleman and guard Denijsha Wilson who scored 19 and 17 points respectively. Coleman also had 10 rebounds.
