Once upon a time many people in the world had this thought that women's basketball players were not as beautiful as others. It's sad but true. However as we have shown you since 2020 (check the links at the end of this feature), women's basketball players are beautiful both inside and out. These women set goals in athletics, education and elsewhere. The most important thing is that they accomplish their goals while living a healthy lifestyle which serve as examples to all of us (male and female) that we can all have large dreams and exceed all expectations! We present to you 2022 version of our "Most Beautiful Basketball Players" series.

Anika McGarity - Charleston

Anika McGarity is a 6-1 guard/forward who competes for College of Charleston. The sophomore has made a drastic jump in her statistics from her first season. As a freshman she averaged 2.9 points in 11 games, averaging as many minutes per contest. This season she is averaging 32 minutes per game, while scoring 12.1 points on average. Her biggest night of the season was a 25-point outburst in an 87-71 win over William & Mary. McGarity made seven of her 15 three point attempts. Believe it or not she had an even better night percentage wise from three. Against Radford McGarity shot 7-10 from three on her way to 22 points. She has hit three or more triples on six occasions this season. McGarity is also helping out on defense with an average of 1.3 steals per game. She has recorded at least two steals in a game eight times in her sophomore season.

Miquela Santoro - Milwaukee

Miquela Santoro is having her finest season as a senior at Milwaukee. The 5-7 guard is averaging a career best 8.4 points. So far her best game of the season came when her team upset Big Ten opponent Wisconsin 79-67. Santoro shot 8-13 scoring 19 points with four assists. She led her team to a 66-47 thrashing of Robert Morris, scoring 15 points on 5-7 shooting. Santoro hit both of her three-point attempts during that contest, while dishing out three assists. Along with ballin' on the court, Santoro is doing her thing in the social media world with over 17,000 followers on Instagram.

Sydney Parrish - Oregon

Sydney Parrish is sophomore guard who is also shining on social media as well as the court. Parrish has nearly 53,000 followers on Instagram and over 180,000 followers on TikTok. The native of Fishers, Indiana is averaging 10.7 points per game after her first 17 games of the season. She is a strong three-point shooter. The 6-2 long range expert has a career 39 three-point percent shooting clip. This year she is making 41 percent from beyond the arc. Her best three-point shooting game of the year was a 7-9 performance in an 88-53 blowout win at California. She scored 21 points in the victory. She scored a season high 26 points against Portland, when she made five threes in an narrow 62-59 win.

Aicha Coulibaly - Auburn

While Auburn is still building its way towards being a winning program its 9-10 start is better than last season's 5-19 finish. Aicha Coulibaly is a major reason why things are improving for the program. She is averaging 18.1 points, 8.2 rebounds and 2.2 steals per game. The 6-0 sophomore guard from the African nation of Mali averaged just five points per game last season. In an upset 71-61 win against the NCAA's fourth ranked Tennessee Vols, Jan. 27, Coulibaly scored 26 points on 10-14 shooting. She also grabbed seven rebounds. Coulibaly's highest scoring effort was 27, against Charleston Southern, Nov. 26.
