Unbalanced life
The word unbalanced may sound straightforward, but its meaning extends far beyond the idea of simply losing one’s footing. Being unbalanced can refer to physical instability, emotional turbulence, social inequality, or even environmental disharmony. It is a condition that can occur in individuals, communities, and entire ecosystems. Understanding what causes imbalance, how it manifests, and how to restore equilibrium is essential to both personal well-being and collective progress.

No, You Dallas Cowboys, No! (2025 NFC East Preview)
The National Football Conference's Eastern Division has been quite the spectacle ever since the division was formed as part of the 1970 merger. During my childhood, the NFC East was the league's "Group of Death," back when the St. Louis/Phoenix/Arizona Cardinals were part of the division. It's still amazing even now, with the division standing as the only one out of the eight divisions where every team has won at least one Super Bowl. Well, I should say at least two.

My Thoughts About Josh Hamilton. Content Warning.
The Texas Rangers are currently fighting for a Wild Card spot with about a month to go in the 2025 MLB season. Recently, the team honored a former player, but fans had something to say about that. Last week before a game against the Philadelphia Phillies, Josh Hamilton was presented with a Rangers Hall of Fame jacket. Plus, he threw out the first pitch. Hamilton, who's now in his early 40s, was inducted into the Rangers Hall of Fame in 2019. However, the reaction to the news was mixed among fans. The main concern fans expressed was his past off-field issues, including his struggles with drugs and alcohol. Despite the reaction from fans, the Rangers seemingly defended their decision to honor a player who became an essential part of the franchise. He has been retired from baseball since 2019, which leads me to sharing my thoughts about him.
