One more win...
Game 4 Hawks: 113 Knicks: 96 The Hawks took care of business at home the last two games and now we are looking to close it out in MSG. The series has gone exactly as I had hoped so far. Trae Young has created some enemies, the whole city of New York hates him, and they are giving the Hawks more and more of a reason to play even better. I love it.

The Similarities Between Kitesurfing and Surfing
Kitesurfing is a unique extreme sport in which the kiter utilizes the power of a giant kite with an equally massive strength to pull over water, snow or even dry land surface. It blends aspects of wakeboarding, paragliding, windsurfing, surfing and kiteboarding. This means that you are basically getting all three of these extreme sports in one go!

Vegas Golden Knights vs Colorado Avalanche
As a Vegas fan let me make one thing very clear, I am very scared of this series. I was actually at the final home game of the season for the Vegas Golden Knights when we lost, and despite only having 15 skaters that night I'm still slightly concerned. Colorado is a very good team and is absolutely on fire.

A week of 'Blue' was umping Charlotte baseball, now its Panthers Blue with Darnold, CMc, Moore, & DEFENSE
Without burying the lead, Panthers GM Scott Fitterer made an impression with his first major move, delivering pretty much the arch-typical Hollywood story of a QB unloved getting moved to a new place, where he flourishes as The Guy That Was Needed.

Game 3 redemption in the A
Game 3 Hawks: 105 Knicks: 94 That felt good. The series was brought back to Atlanta last night after two games rising tension between these two teams. Both Knicks fans and players have been talking a lot of smack with not very much to show for it. I think these New Yorkers just don't know how to handle themselves when they get to play in games beyond the month of April. So, they start spitting on people, weird hair guy on the Knicks gets his twitter fingers going, Spike Lee starts wearing the same outfit as my grandma, and the whole Knicks team (Minus D Rose) absolutely forgets how to play. You got ONE WIN New York. Maybe that's all they really need to feel accomplished. I mean it has been almost a decade since they had made the playoffs so perhaps getting one win in the first round is all they need. Well congrats guys! I'm honestly happy Spike Lee got a night to rest his legs, he was pacing courtside at MSG for the first two games but there wasn't much to stand for last night. Nothing made me happier than seeing Spike curled up in his seat last night, with literally every other person in the arena on their feet going nuts for the Hawks.

Hawks leave NY with the series tied
Game 2 Hawks : 92 Knicks: 101 Complete roller coaster of emotions last night. Even though the Hawks lost, we are still going home with a chance to go up 3-1 in these next two games at State Farm Arena. Splitting the series on the road, especially in the hostile MSG environment, is proof that the Hawks control their own destiny.

A GOOD JUMP SHOT ISN’T RACIST – HAVING YOUR THROAT CHOKED HELPS FOCUS THE DIFFERENCE
...because his grabbing me by the throat for using the N-word made a difference the last thirty-five years. Now, “that word” was used in a sing-song style lots of close friends did in late 1970’s college, and I did it right after one of our team’s best players used it while talking to him, so getting clutched by the throat surprised me hugely.

Hawks take game 1
Game 1 Hawks: 107 Knicks: 105 This is good. There couldn't be a more difficult environment to play in than the first game of the playoffs in Madison Square Garden. The Hawks were thrown into the wolves with this game and it couldn't have gone better. 15,000 Knicks fans showed up to the Mecca to watch the Knicks in the playoffs for the first time since 2013, Spike Lee going ballistic after every made basket, even the TNT announcers were on the Knicks side. I'll admit, it was good to see a full arena again with actual fans making the noise. But it was even better to see those fans absolutely silenced when Trae Young shoved the game winning floater down their throat. I also admit, his presentation of shushing the crowd needs work. Instead of putting his finger over his mouth he put a little extra muscle into it and had his index finger hovering over his unibrow. I don't blame him though, the man put on an absolute clinic in his playoff debut and proved that he can lead this team on a legit run. I don't wanna get too far ahead of myself, but watching this game was as promising as could be and the confidence I have in the Hawks is on a steady rise.
