Christian McCaffrey is an American football running back who currently plays for the San Francisco 49ers in the National Football League (NFL). Born on June 7, 1996, in Castle Rock, Colorado, McCaffrey is the son of former NFL wide receiver Ed McCaffrey and former Stanford soccer star Lisa McCaffrey. Early Life:
