Master the abilities every successful salesperson needs today

Selling is an important skill in life. Here is my summary of selling skills from many good salespeople and myself.
Mastering ten specific skills can make anyone a sales champion. You can inspire belief in any idea or goal. The best salespeople are developed, not just born. People often freeze when facing pressure. If you aim to be the top salesperson and earn millions, these essential skills are key. Applying these ten skills in every conversation will elevate your career. Mastering these skills will put you at the top. This training offers the best sales advice online. These ten micro skills are crucial for success. They are the ten skills you must master. Anyone can excel in sales by learning these. You can sell any vision or dream with these skills. Sales provided my escape route and transformed my life. I built a huge business from sales skills. Starting with nothing at eighteen, I earned half a million yearly by age twenty. You can achieve this too. Past failures or labels do not matter. Learning sales and leadership leads to wealth. Let's start the training. Grab a notebook to help you remember. Writing things down aids retention. I have ADHD, but I see it as a strength. Many believe they aren't good learners; that's false. Everyone learns differently. In class, I learned best by writing notes. This method helps me grasp information. My teaching style works because written words stick. I often use a whiteboard for this reason. Visual learning with writing and listening works for me. This multi-sensory approach makes me very effective. Let's focus on the ten skills to master. True mastery means becoming exceptionally good at one thing. To get rich, pick one skill and perfect it.
Mastering sales will empower you completely. This knowledge can transform your entire future. We will cover ten crucial skills. Skill number ten is the most vital. I'm saving it for the end. Those who watch fully will receive it. Comment below with your favorite skill. Tell me which skill makes you the most money. Let's begin.
First, learn to smile with your eyes. This conveys genuine emotion. Most people focus on smiling with their teeth. Eye contact reveals your inner state. It shows if you are happy or frustrated. Your eyes are very revealing. People see your outlook on life. They see how you think the world sees you. Your eyes show your joy or irritation. This is a crucial sales skill. Lost eyes suggest uncertainty. No one follows someone unsure. In sales, you lead, not just sell. You cannot lead if you look lost. Always smile with your eyes. This is your first micro-skill.
Second, smile when you speak. Try speaking right now with a smile. This is extremely important. People often forget to show their teeth. Smiling while talking shows you enjoy your work. Sales is about helping others. It should seem like you love what you do. Are you magnetic? Are you energetic? Is your energy catching? Smiling while speaking creates warmth. It puts people at ease. Looking annoyed or uninterested is common. Remember, any skill can be learned. If someone else can do it, you can too. Great salespeople are not born. They are made through practice. Forget the idea of a "gift." Many talk too much and don't listen well. These micro-skills will make you formidable.
First, smile with your eyes. Second, smile when you talk. Third, make eye contact. This is very important. If I see you looking at your phone, I think your phone matters more. I'm watching your eyes. In the past, people used an "ironclad handshake." They looked you in the eyes. Many still follow this rule. This is true for people with money. If you want to fix big issues, you must look people in the eyes. Small problems might not need it. But big problems, which bring big rewards, require eye contact. Not looking someone in the eyes shows disrespect. Always meet people's gaze. In today's world, this helps you stand out. That is the main goal.
Next, number four is humor and laughter. This is extremely important. People feel stressed when spending money. They freeze up when serious. You must make it fun. That is your job. If people could just click online and buy without you, you would not get paid. So, when someone is with you, do not make it hard. Do not make it a stressful choice. Things cost a lot. Prices are up due to inflation. Yes, they are. So, when things cost more, payments are higher. You pay more cash. You need to borrow more. That is stressful. I need a salesperson with humor. Someone funny, who laughs. Not a stiff person. Comment below with a coworker you know who is like "Dead Bob." You know who it is. Or maybe that's you, but you want to change. So, don't be a Dead Bob. Humor and laughter is a small skill. It is number four.
Number five is head nods. Do you want to earn more? Do you want to stay broke? No. Notice how I frame things. I guide you. Head nods are very important. "Safety is vital for your kids, wouldn't you agree?" "Yes." "Okay." "You don't want to work for years and have no money, right?" "No." "If you could change your life today with one choice, you would, yes?" "Yes." This gets a head nod. It is very important. What is this? This is leading. Losers don't lead. You must lead. A small skill is something I can control. It helps me move forward. It helps me close deals. Does that make sense? Comment now if you like this video. We are halfway done. Tell me your favorite tip. Let me know if it helps.
This is important. When I negotiate, I watch the other person. Your posture matters. How you appear affects how people see you. They judge you as much as you judge them. Always remember that. Poor confidence shows in your posture. Stand tall with belief. Chest out, shoulders back. People need that confidence. Money is tight now. They seek reassurance. Your posture provides it.
Sales is great. You are better now. You see more sales ahead. You see past mistakes. You know how to get them now. Do you get it? Write this down. Love learning. It's my secret. I love to learn. Each time I learn, I earn more. I am obsessed with learning.
Hands are powerful tools. Keep them out of your pockets. Let them move freely. They show energy. They tell stories. They persuade people. They influence outcomes. These are magic wands. Do not hide them. Do not cross them. Do not put them behind your back. Use them. Your hands are a superpower. They create energy. You can control the room with them. They generate excitement. Keep them active.
Now, feet. My feet keep moving. I shift my position. In sales, movement helps. People have short attention spans. Moving draws their focus. It earns more conversation time. Move your feet. Feet create energy, just like hands.
People may not notice your feet directly, but they observe your subtle shifts and swaying movements. These movements originate from your feet. They are a micro-skill. When you move, others will follow your lead. You become a leader, and they will fall into step behind you.
Now, for number nine: tonality. This is a favorite. Tonality is crucial. What do you want others to feel? What do they remember? People often forget exact words but recall the emotions you evoked. I can enter a room and captivate everyone with my speech. Tonality is everything. My excitement is conveyed through my tone, not just the words. It’s how I say things that matters. Without genuine excitement, your delivery becomes dull. Tonality is absolutely vital.
When I describe possibilities, I use tonality to paint a clear picture. I highlight the good outcomes of a choice. If you act today, great results will follow, such as X, Y, and Z. Conversely, inaction brings negative results, like A, B, and C. Your decision today will lead you left or right, with definite outcomes. How I use tonality to illustrate these consequences, to support my message, and to employ wordplay, shapes how people feel. This, in turn, influences their decisions and actions, determining if a sale is made. Tonality is incredibly important. You must be devoted to mastering it. True excellence lies in the extremes. You might think I'm a bit wild. But look at any successful person; they all have a degree of that passion. I genuinely love selling. I don't want to be like anyone else. To stand out and earn significantly, you must be unique. Build connections others cannot. These micro-skills are the way to achieve this.
Alright, number ten. If you've enjoyed this video, please do a couple of things. First, share it with friends and family you care about. Second, play it for your team during a meeting. Third, rewatch it numerous times until you master these techniques. My goal is to change your life. I already have a fulfilling life; I want to help you transform yours.
Embrace being the underdog. Sales transformed my life. I want that for you. Become a competitor. Study the game. Learn its ways. It will change your life. It will help others too. Sales is the answer. Need a quick path? Sales is your shortcut. Words hold great power. I am passionate about selling. Some people laugh. That's fine. If you want to be stuck, so be it. I love sales. I love helping people. I love giving them an amazing experience. I want people to feel special. I want them to feel seen. These skills help you do that. Words are powerful. Study them. Learn new words. Don't sound like everyone else. Imagine speaking to someone without sight. Paint pictures with your words. Let their imagination soar. Let them see the unseen. The best salespeople are rare. I am one of them. It’s not about ego. It's about confidence. I've trained for 25 years. Words are powerful. Don't copy others. Don't sound like customer service. Be unique in your field. Stand out from the crowd. Speak in a way that lets people visualize the unseen.
Words can ignite imagination. Even without sight, people can picture your product. This power of language is incredibly impactful. Mastering the ten skills shared here can make you the top salesperson. You will also help many people along the way. I truly believe this. I care about you all. Reach out if you need help.
