This means that general changes can be made at any time and the results of the digital marketing measures can be optimized in a targeted manner. For example, a company wants to increase sales of a product. To do this, it starts with an ad campaign on Google. The company tests different ads in parallel to find out which performs best. At the same time, the company is also testing which product images and buttons have the greatest effect on its own website.

POINT 3: A DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY IS INTERACTIVE:

Digital measures enable direct contact between companies and customers. There is great potential for successful customer loyalty in interaction. This includes the integration of communities in various social media channels. Customers are given the opportunity to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of a product, for example, and to share their experiences with one another. Criticisms and suggestions that customers express here can be collected and companies can initiate targeted optimizations of their products or services. With the establishment of Google, companies are able to sell their products worldwide. In order to open up these sales markets, the digital marketing strategy should also be adapted to global needs. Target groups and their needs can vary between different nations. Such factors must be taken into account in the digital marketing strategy and digital marketing measures must be coordinated accordingly thereafter.
