How Dock Ellis Pitched a No Hitter While High on LSD
Often times one can find a bit of history that is truly amazing. Like the invention of the airplane or the telephone or the first person who combined Jack Daniels with Coca-Cola. This story, much like the man with no legs who climbed Mt. Everest, or even that one time you should have been arrested but weren’t somehow because the cops got an emergency call and couldn’t waste their time with you, is in a word, unbelievable. This story is one of the greatest sports legends in not just the history of baseball, but in the history of the world. In 1970, Dock Ellis threw one of the game’s most notable no hitters, but the story starts much earlier than that.

Baseball is an old school sport that it started way back in America around the 1800s. The sport basically consists of two teams, a ball, a bat, and gloves. Yes, there is other equipment and gear other than those three, and this just goes to show that you need a lot to play baseball. Unfortunately, right? What sport can possibly consist of less equipment? Oh, I know—soccer! Only the best sport ever, because in order to actually play soccer, you need a ball... that's it. Hell yeah, that's it, because soccer is all about physical strength and skills, something that a sport is all about.

How To Clean Your Soccer Cleats Properly
Playing any sport is bound to make us filthy and sweaty at the end of a game. It simply shows how much effort we put into every game. However, soccer is definitely a sport that has us covered in dirt, sweat, and grass from head to toe. And our soccer cleats are the real victims in every game, unless you're wearing indoor soccer shoes for indoor soccer. Since the soles on cleats are constructed to be studded, they literally pick up everything, from chunks of dirt locked all around our soles and blades of grass tucked away under the laces. But we do need our cleats to be cleaned up and ready for the next soccer game every time.
