Early NBA Award Winners
I feel like this can be said about every NBA season, but this one has been very interesting with compelling storylines and stellar play league-wide. Even though we’re a long way from the NBA Award Show in June, fans worldwide are making their predictions for who will win the five major awards. So, with just under 40 percent of the regular season completed, these are my major award winners thus far.

A sport that is played all around the world, soccer has been played in many weather conditions, be it under hot summer sun or in the elements of winter. When temperatures drop, however, it’s important to wear the correct gear for playing soccer in the cold. The top brands like Under Armour, Adidas, and Nike have created clothing tailored specifically for these cold weather conditions.

Week 17 Picks Against the Spread
We are here, week 17 of the NFL season, the regular season finale. I can not believe we are here at this point. Christmas has come and passed, New Years is next week, and my trip to Miami is coming closer (Yeah buddy. Time to hopefully cook outside a bit and get my color back.). I say it almost every time I write this column; time needs to chill the fuck out a bit and stop moving so fast. But anyway the NFL's regular season is wrapping up and there are still plenty of things to sort out regarding the playoff picture.

The Now Constant Crisis of Empty Seats in Sports
At the end of the year, we have the annual rite of publications—those on the web and those few that still remain in print—naming their top sportsperson/man/woman for the year. Most notable among all of these is the annual award given by Sports Illustrated—and with the winners of the past, one can easily see why. There are best of lists, and then there's the best of... period. Sports Illustrated's award is clearly the best of the best of when it comes to annual sports lists.
