Has the FA Cup Lost Its Shine?
When I was younger, the FA Cup was considered an incredibly prestigious competition capable of producing moments of magic. Ryan Gigg's goal against Arsenal in 1999 is one of the most memorable in modern football. FA Cup final day was always a special event, dominating the day's media coverage. Who remembers Roberto Di Matteo's wonder goal in the 1997 FA Cup final? Gerrard forcing extra time in 2006 from 35 yards? The Cardiff versus Portsmouth final in 2008? Now, however, it almost seems like the FA Cup has lost a lot of its value among Premiership teams.

Pacquiao vs Thurman 2019
2019 is still in its first month and a lot of the chess pieces in the 147 division have been moving. One of the pieces that moved and is on everyone’s radar is Manny Pacquiao who put on a solid performance against a fighter eleven years younger than him. Keith Thurman, the former unified champion, came off of a 2-year layoff. Against a game opponent. A lot of matchups can be made in the following months. I believe Thurman vs Pacquiao is the perfect one to be made for both fighters. One reason is because of Keith’s comeback against the brawler Lopez. The few scary moments of the fight could mean Keith might need to knock off a little more of that ring rust. A 40-year-old veteran like Manny Pacquiao could be the perfect (or dangerous) opponent for that. Second, for Pacquiao, a fighter who doesn’t like to clinch and is offensive minded would make the perfect opponent for his fighting style, especially if ring rust is still there for that opponent’s next fight. It also might be dangerous at this stage of his career. Pacquiao would also get a chance at the real WBA belt. As a fan of the sport, we know that belt he’s belt holding isn’t the top prize of that organization. Keith is the holder of the super title. On paper, the positives outweigh the negatives for both fighters.

We all have a story to tell. A story where we all face some kind of hardship in our lives. You never know the struggle a person is going through. Behind every smile, there’s a story to tell about a personal struggle to reach a goal or achieve something better than themselves. A new year stands before us, like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written. We help write that story by setting goals. If I’m gonna tell a story, I’m gonna start with my name.

Baseball Bat Buying Guide: Find the Best Bats
Baseball has become one of the popular sports that is mainly played in the United States of America. In fact, it is also the national sport of the nation. Compared to several other sports, such as golf and ice hockey, you do not require much accessories to play a game of baseball. Just a baseball bat, ball, and gloves. Talking about baseball bats, there are several types of such bats in the market. These are available in different lengths and are also made from different materials. However, there are certain rules and regulations as far as baseball bat materials are concerned when it comes to major leagues. When it comes to choose a bat for yourself, you need to be extra careful that you choose one of the right length.

The 10 Best Gifts for Arsenal Fans
There is no doubt that enthusiasts of the Premier League are some of the most passionate fans not only when it comes to soccer, but global sports as a whole. While the league boasts a plethora of legendary clubs like Chelsea and Manchester United, perhaps the most polarizing team is the London-based Arsenal squad.

Who's the Problem?
"That guy is the worst." "He doesn't know what he's doing." "My kid needs some real coaching." Those were the comments coming from a friend of mine as we were discussing how his son's baseball season was going. I asked for examples of what was happening, favoring his own kid seemed to be the biggest complaint about the little league coach. That’s understandable, I can see a coach doing that, after all this is a volunteer little league coach. We’re not talking about a club travel ball coach that collects $400 per month per player on the team (this is a whole different topic for a blog on a different day, club coach vs. volunteer coach). We continued to talk more about the kids (we both have 11-year-olds and sometimes they play against each other) and other sports they've been involved in. There was a recurring theme when my friend would talk about the different sports and teams his son played on. That theme? The coach sucks.

The Lakers Can Be the Next Super Team in the NBA
The Los Angeles Lakers are at an interesting spot in their season. With the trade deadline approaching, they have been one of the teams experts and fans have been talking about possibly making moves before February 7 at 3 PM. Their hopes of making a splash increased substantially when Pelicans forward Anthony Davis requested a trade on January 28. If Magic Johnson, President of Basketball Operations, can work his Magic (pun intended) and get Anthony Davis, the Lakers could be working towards being the next NBA super team by next season. Don't believe me? Keep reading.
