Antifragility and Complexity in Track and Field Coaching
First off, to understand this concept we have to understand what antifragility and complexity are. Let’s start with antifragility. Antifragility is not robustness as often thought, but rather the process of becoming less fragile through trials and hardship. This can take the form of an economic downturn for a business or exercise in the body. In short, antifragility means that a thing is broken down so it can be built up stronger and less fragile (antifragility).

Thank you, Taker
I didn't become a full-fledged fan of Professional Wrestling and Sports Entertainment until roughly the early to mid-90s when World Wrestling Entertainment was still known as World Wrestling Federation. During that time, guys like Hulk Hogan sought the spotlight in other promotions such as New Japan Pro Wrestling and World Championship Wrestling and WWF was going through what they called the "New Generation" Era, which put a lot of emphasis on stars like "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels, Bret "Hitman" Hart and others who are now in the WWE Hall of Fame. One name that will surely follow them, and has remained a constant in one form or another for the last 30 years, was The Undertaker.

Bobcats win 46-45 Thriller to Take Section One Title
Last year when Byram Hills found themselves in the Section Finals, the Bobcats almost had one foot out the door before stepping on the floor. They were blown out 75-41 against heavily favored Spring Valley. Last night, though, the matchup was a tossup, and when Rob McWilliams’ halfcourt heave at the buzzer thudded off the glass for Tappan Zee, the slim margin of error favored the Bobcats. Thus, they are the Section One, Class Champs and leave a memory for Byram Hills that may never come down.

The French Angel
It’s 1940 in Boston, MA and stepping into the ring for the night’s main event was a wrestler that appeared to be more ogre than man. He is introduced as “The French Angel”. Spectators were baffled as there was nothing “angelic” about him. After winning his first fight with only two pinfalls, it was evident that Maurice Tillet, aka The French Angel, was on his way to stardom.

MY FOOTBALL: my first team
In the summer of 2015 I signed up for my first Sunday League football team. This was probably by far the most exciting thing ever! I still vividly remember turning up to the training ground and signing the papers with my Dad. The ground looked absolutely fabulous and the seeing the big goals made me so excited!

MoorePicks Week 11
It’s week 11. The season is moving so fast and 2020’s moving like a turtle in molasses. I’m not sure how that’s even possible but it is. Moving along from the year, another week means another lineup of games to predict, so here are my picks for week 11, guys.

The birth of RQW
My contract with Discovery Channel to reversion their TV programmes for the UK market was going strong and increasing in content. The increased income allowed me to focus on Real Quality Wrestling and do my best to start it as an organisation that could help British Wrestling. Here's the story as told in my biography "Do or do not".
