The Christmas Lie
Stockholm Syndrome is a funny thing. I remember Christmas as a child but I only remember the good. Granny in the kitchen baking apple pies. Nadimah and I 'decorating' our dog, Barney, with tinsel. I remember Christmas cake soaking in brandy, the little plastic cake decorations...even the taste of granny's baking. The smell of our real Christmas tree. The excitement of going out to get the tree, decorating it, (well...watching my granny decorate, asking to help and being told yes but her ending up doing it herself because 'she would do it right.' LOL) and my father putting the angel on the top.

This foundation, in particular, has sent YouTube and beauty bloggers into a flurry of reviews and praise towards Rihanna and her line.

Loss
Loss; we talk about, think about it, and hear about it... but you never understand it until it is you who has lost something or someone. Loss is is an odd word. We use it to describe a lot of things i.e., losing one's keys, losing a game, maybe even losing your mind and etc... But we mainly use it to describe it as what happens when someone in our life has died. We say we "lost" them. Where did we lose them to exactly? We know they died. We just don't know exactly where their souls go. So, I guess in a way we did lose them. We can believe that they're in Heaven or somewhere better than here, but we really do not know where they return to after their time here on earth.

5 Reasons Why I Chose to Live at Home
I’m 21-years-old and I live with my parents. And let’s be honest, there is nothing ideal, fun, sexy, or cool about it. Pretty much all my friends have their own homes or apartments, and then there's me; still in the same bedroom I grew up in. But you don’t ever hear me complain about it. Yeah, I’ve thought about moving out several times. I even did my first two years of college when I was living in the dorms. But I still came home, I still moved back in, and I still haven’t moved back out yet. Half of my friends mock and poke fun at me for it, and the other half impart there wisdom on me to stay as long as I can. I’ve chosen the latter, unless the right opportunity comes up. Here’s why I’ve chosen to stay at home instead of move out as a 21-years-old.
