Sexism
I am a sexist man! Society views the word sexist as unappealing. Yet, society also views men as prideful, insensitive, strong, overpowering, and privileged. Which for the most part, is true. Sexism is not a women’s issue, it is a men’s issue because of the obtuseness of men. Not obtuseness as an infant, yet as a blindfold to 1), women’s creativity, 2) their valuable nature, and 3) the strength of women.

Journey to Another Country
In 2012, I met a man online (seems to happen more often nowadays), that would forever change my life in ways I couldn't foresee. He proposed in 2013 and in early 2014, we were married. We originally planned for him to move to the US as my family is larger than his. I'm also very close to my family and the thought of moving away from them sent my anxiety into overdrive for a while.

What Does it Mean, to Me, to Be a Feminist?
What does it mean, to me, to be a feminist? I brought my cat to the vet this week because she’s taken to peeing in the house. Worse than that, it was clear that there was blood in her urine. She wasn’t just peeing in the house to be a little snit. She was telling me that she wasn’t well and she was asking for help the only way she knew how.

Why Gender Neutral Parenting Shouldn’t Exist
Recently I came across a ridiculous parenting trend, which is gender-neutral parenting. This is where parents expose their children to both genders and the things involved with both genders. Parents are raising their children like this because they believe it gives their children a choice to be what they want to be, a voice to express themselves and rejoice because they can do whatever they wish. However, in my opinion, gender-neutral parenting is a terrible idea, and it can also be dangerous for the child. It shows that society can never be happy with something running one way and that there are always going to be some people who wish to change the way everything works, and here they are trying to change the way children are brought up.
