The Stereotypical Travel Bucket List
We all want to travel. Everyone has somewhere they want to see, experience, and explore. Funny thing is, those of us "travellers at heart" have quite a few places in common. Actually, we have a lot of places in common, enough to make a list. ;)

Accidentally Minimalist
The first time I ever heard about minimalism was from the Netflix Documentary Minimalism: A Documentary About the Important Things. I stumbled upon it one day when I couldn’t find anything else to watch, and I was intrigued; the concept was completely new to me, and as soon as I finished watching it, I ran to my room to start the clean up of my life. As it turns out, trying to part with your things isn’t all that simple. I got caught up in sentimentality, guilt, and the feelings of “but what if I need it some day?”.

Bartending School - Is it worth it?
Making drinks has always been a big hobby of mine. I was a barista for a few years, and had experience both teaching and attending numerous coffee seminars. I watched the World Barista Championship for fun, and I was practically a caffeine addict by the age of 14 (although that's another story) . Making artisan drinks was fun, and with the amount of time I spent exploring different concoctions, it came to no surprise that I would soon venture towards mixology as well. As an 18 year old from California I wasn't even sure I was legally allowed to attend a bartending school. But one morning I found myself calling a local bartending school for more information, and that same week I was enrolled.

Sam Keller: Empowering Women Through The Lens
Sam and I met on a nature walk with friends in Boulder, Colorado by Lake Wonderland in the spring of 2014. She was shooting with a Yashica 124G using infrared film. We bonded over cameras and each other's photos on Instagram. Sam always has her style and aesthetic on point. She has become such an amazing photographer and powerful business woman, capturing stunning images of strong women. We reconnected last year when she moved to NYC and have since worked together on awesome projects, including the latest one she brought me into with Milk XYZ. Sam took photos and I made a behind the scenes video.

Recording your first song
For many who want to become a musician the thought of recording their music used to be a bit of headache, in the days of analogue for example the musician usually had to hire a recording studio, engineer and producer and sometimes session musicians to record a single.

Generation Bloomer. First Place in Love More Challenge.
Why is a 22-year-old writing about the importance of positive ageing representation in social media, you may ask? At the time of writing, we are in the middle of a pandemic, a pandemic which is disproportionately affecting older people. With sombre statistics and bleak prospects overwhelming all media outlets, it is extremely difficult for anyone, let alone the older generation, to see the positive side to ageing at a time full of such uncertainty. Isolated at home, vulnerable and frightened, remaining in good spirits during this time is far from easy.

COVID-19: The Unsung Heroes
What does essential mean to you? ‘Essential’ is subjective at the best of times. It’s helps define human rights. It helps raise the bar on benefits for those who need them. Right now, it defines who has to venture out of isolation every day and risk their lives to keep the world turning.

Shooting With An Iphone
The perfect shot comes into view, the lighting is almost surreal and the colors are bright, bold and beautifully contrasted. Everything needed for a memorable shot is there, but the only thing you can think is "If only I had a Sony or Canon, then I'd be able to get this on camera", and the scene is lost. We forget, though, the powerful device that resides in our pockets: our phones.

Unforgotten Heroes
Have you ever heard the saying, "you don't miss a good thing till it's gone?" or the phrase your parents would say to you as a kid; "don't take the little things in life for granted." Well lately, those phrases have hit home for all of America and other countries. Recently, we all have been hit with a scary pandemic; Covid-19. All so sudden, the world had to learn how to adjust to new ways of living, while also being very cautious about sanitation and the proper ways to keep yourself and others safe.

Things I've Learned After Almost a Month of Social Distancing and Isolation
Social distancing and isolation, right? Well, its no big deal for us introverts. So, I pity the extroverts that couldn't endure to stay at home (no hate intended. I respect you.) Yes, you read that right, I am an introvert, and I'm blessed by being one. I see it as a gift.

Love more: nature, summer hits, each other
Last weekend I participated in my first ever Zoom hosted birthday party. We all dialled in from our respective locations around Europe and had a few drinks together as if we were down the local. Everyone attempted to outdo each other with party paraphernalia including wigs, hats, sunglasses, and flashy jackets- baubles from festivals and house parties of bygone days.
