Radio Free California: Resistance Handbook Introduction
Citizens Resistance Handbook

[Opening Theme Music: static, shortwave tuning, faint siren wail in the background.]
ANNOUNCER (calm, serious, resolute):
This is Radio Free California.
Day 13 of the creeping coup. Broadcasting from the occupied zone. They told us it couldn't happen here. They lied.
We begin tonight with the truth — you know, the thing missing from mainstream media these days.
The federal Gestapo tactics are now fully operational — ICE raids, DHS black sites, secret police tactics, attacks on citizens, and elected officials being manhandled like criminals on U.S. soil.
This week, ICE officers stormed a migrant shelter in Riverside County without a warrant, detaining over two dozen people in what DHS later called a “targeted community sweep.”
Among the detained: a 19-year-old Dreamer with valid DACA paperwork, and a legal resident whose green card was found “pending verification.” Both remain in custody. Lawyers were denied access for over 36 hours. A follow up story detailing her account can be found at https://www.thedream.us/news/ximena-arias-cristobal
In Los Angeles, Senator Alex Padilla — a sitting U.S. Senator — while trying to ask a question, was dragged out of a press conference with DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and then handcuffed by DHS agents. The official explanation? “Standard containment procedures.”
And in Austin, two children under 10, both US citizens, were deported with their mother. ICE also didn’t allow communication from family members who were willing to keep the children. The children, who were allegedly detained in "secretive locations", were deported to Mexico less than 24 hours after being detained.
These are not rumors. These are facts. Verified by court filings, bodycam footage, and direct testimony.
This is not immigration enforcement. This is political theater with human lives as props. This is state-sanctioned terror in plain clothes.
And Congress? They’ve held hearings. They’ve tweeted outrage. They’ve proposed “fact-finding committees.” Short version: nothing. They've done nothing.
But ICE keeps rolling. DHS keeps denying. And families keep disappearing.
So let’s be absolutely clear: This isn’t creeping authoritarianism. It’s here. It’s operational. And it’s escalating.
Over the coming weeks, Radio Free California will broadcast a citizen’s resistance handbook. This is for all of you out there asking, "What can I do?" and "How can I help?".
Not theory. Not slogans.
Tactical. Practical. Actionable.

Information Warfare
- Expose their lies.
- Record everything.
- Share verified footage globally.
- Use alternative media and international partners.
International Pressure
- UN petitions.
- Diplomatic exposure.
- Global solidarity movements.
ANNOUNCER:
Each of these will be covered in detail in upcoming broadcasts. We’ll walk you through the steps. We’ll name names. We’ll share contacts, tools, and real-world tactics you can apply today.
This fight is not over. It's just beginning. And as long as we are still here, they do not win.
Be smart. Be careful. Be loud.
This is Radio Free California.
Signing off — for now.
[Outro static and faint transmission tone.]
