Just found out my blood pressure was super high today when I go to see my doctor. It was so much higher than the normal range which really concerns me because it's not good for my blood vessels at all. If you read up more information on what high blood pressure is about, it really explains why it's important to maintain a normal blood pressure level. When you get older, your blood vessels may not even be as good and then you can get all kinds of problems including stroke. When I google it, it has this to say: A hypertensive crisis is a severe increase in blood pressure that can lead to a stroke. Extremely high blood pressure — a top number (systolic pressure) of 180 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) or higher or a bottom number (diastolic pressure) of 120 mm Hg or higher — can damage blood vessels. So, this is really bad because when you have very high blood pressure, it can damage your blood vessels which are what's essential for your health and well-being. I haven't been measuring my own blood pressure to see how it is which is actually important to do that or you won't know if it shoots up. I had no idea it was that high as I didn't feel dizzy or anything weird except that I feel really emotionally depressed. So, it seems to me that my emotional depression may be connected to my high blood pressure. I don't have any more blood pressure pills left but the expired ones. So I decided to take the expired blood pressure pills and they did help to lower my blood pressure significantly to close to normal. I also started taking the anti-depressant which seems to have helped me feel better. But my blood pressure still shoots up if I don't take the blood pressure pills. So, I have to find a primary care doctor to give me a new prescription for blood pressure pills. I am not sure if there is anything else that could cause the blood pressure to go up but I don't really want to go to the labs to get any tests done due to the coronavirus. I just think it may have to do with my depression.
Anyways, I'm happy that Georgia is flipped blue today in the runoff. That means $2000 stimulus check will be coming per Joe Biden along with other great things. If we just vote for them, these great things will happen. If we don't believe, then it will never happen. I came across someone earlier today who said that he is not going to vote because he doesn't believe that things will change. Believing is the first step. If you don't believe, then you won't vote, and then nothing will change for sure which is not a positive stand. It's like saying that you have lost and so you will never win again. When it comes to politics, voters have the power to elect good people to Congress and vote the bad ones out. How did all these bad people get to be in Congress in the first place? It's because voters have voted for them. You vote for what you get. Good that we live in a democracy where everyone can vote. But the negative part of that is when people keep voting in the bad people to Congress, such as the GOP who would give billions of dollars to the richest like Amazon, but would not even want to give more relief checks to people who really need them. It doesn't make sense. If people don't vote them out, the GOP will continue to give tax cuts to the richest. Let's not forget also that this coronavirus pandemic is all happening under Trump and the GOP's rule. Trump didn't care more from the start to stop the spread of coronavirus and also did away the pandemic office which he shouldn't. How could the original place of outbreak do better than America after one year? Trump also didn't purchase enough vaccines for everyone when he could. Now, everyone else has to wait for another few months to get the vaccine, which means more infections and deaths to come. All these show he doesn't care much about the infections and deaths that's happening and the reason why he should resign.
