Thank You, and God Bless America
It was a hot, humid night in late July, and a monsoon was rolling in. There were less than ten of us, sweating around a fire, silent in a way I had never experienced with these people before. Many across our great nation may be unaware of this practice, and so we seek to diver into the significance of the day, origins, and how it connects with the broader mission of Memorial Day, which commemorates the sacrifices made by countless service members.
