They have fought for America and its interests, watching brothers in arms fall under a hail of bullets, and putting years of their lives to saving the nation against every dire threat thrown at it.

Celebrities that Served in WWII. Top Story - August 2017.
At the start of WWII, countless people took up arms to fight against the Axis powers, from the rich to the poor, all for the good cause – and, yes, there were even celebrities that served in WWII. I don't know why I wrote that as though it should come as a surprise. WWII proved the greatest threat to that generation, and countless individuals had to take up arms to fight against the injustice of the Nazis.

The US military is one of those groups that really does have its own subculture and brotherhood. When you deal with a military person, you can expect them to defend themselves, have a certain level of discipline, and know how to make their beds the right way.
