"The better you understand yourself and your emotions, the more you become a lover of reality." - Spinoza

All of them leave the human mind, and health and well-being can be controlled most consciously, even from the first thoughts, from the first emotions of each thought. Let's not let them be random, let's decide and decide what we want. This is how it can all happen, with care and intention, not leaving our feelings to chance.

The way we relate to our emotions speaks to the way we take care of our health. We develop mechanisms for maintenance, protection and healing, or we have unconscious patterns of emotional adjustment.

Fear, anger, sadness, anxiety do nothing but squeeze our energy and vitality organs, different areas of the body. Over time, these conditions cause ailments, diseases that start from our minds and the ability of simple understandings. These understandings are especially well received now, an active state of consciousness and self-control, as is natural to man. It seems like a hard exercise and a force of nature. It just seems, but it's not…

The man has lost focus on his own mood and emotions. Man seems more and more preoccupied with his exterior, and the preoccupation of his mind, with those around him and the analysis of others, all cancel out the attention, focus and loss of sight of his own feelings. Let our attention be on our nature, controlling our emotions, cultivating high states of consciousness. Basically, that's how we take care of our health!

All our emotions are a form of energy. Thoughts discharge an electrical impulse, and the body reacts by releasing hormones, generating a response that we call emotion. They are chemical messengers that provide an opportunity to be connected to the changes that we should make.

Instead of controlling and reacting to our emotions, we can use them as signals to take action and react effectively.

Our immune system and emotional responses are connected and work in balance together. Psychoneuroimmunology helps us understand the interaction between psychological processes, the immune system and the endocrine system. When we constantly repress them, these unprocessed emotions can be understood as being hung by the system, leading to stress, to the generation of inflammatory processes, unbalancing the entire immune system.

All emotions are messengers. What would it be like to analyze your emotions in this way today? When we ignore emotions because they are painful or unpleasant, we may lose access to the important information they are trying to convey.

Anger warns you of an injustice and tells you that something is unacceptable, someone is breaking the rules, maybe they are breaking your territory;

Fear can alert you to a potential danger that you have to face;

Sadness can help you to overcome and consciously process the losses in your life.

When we stop perceiving unwanted emotions as negative, we can begin to process them effectively. When we decipher the message behind the emotions, we become truly masters of reality. Watch your emotions carefully. What messages is he trying to tell you?

"Five years of careful study have confirmed some unpleasant truths about me. These include the idea that "the lazy mind is at the mercy of the devil." Winifred Gallangher

Another difficulty in the precise science of emotion is language itself. Not all languages have the same set of terms to identify emotions. In the case of the Romanian language, the case of the word "longing" is known, which, after the analysis of a great thinker such as Constantin Noica, has unique features and is untranslatable in other languages. As words are the vehicles through which we express emotions, we can speak of "Romanian emotions", "American emotions", "French emotions" etc. Emotions, being a specific part of human nature, are present in language in various constructions, some extremely complicated as a message and in terms of meaning analysis, such as "my soul hurts", "my heart cries" etc. Accustomed to them, we understand their meaning, but we must admit that it is very difficult to know the feelings of a person who complains that "his soul hurts." Emotion is a strictly personal experience, difficult to quantify in any way.
