Tangible reality...
Tangible reality Your reality is a manifestation of what you believe you are worthy and capable of. It’s a direct correlation in so much as if you believe you are destined for greatness, you won’t settle for anything less than because you know what is fated for you. You refuse to buy other people’s perceptions of you, and you don’t allow your circumstances to dictate your future. This process is an evolutionary one because one doesn’t wake up and Instantly adopt this mindset. As humans, we have more power than we are evenly remotely aware of. There’s not a science or name for the intangible presence that you become attuned to. If a person decided that their life sucks and then believe they’re doomed and destined for a life of mediocrity and obscurity, then that is what will be presented, and that person will subconsciously disregard opportunities that could contradict that mindset and put them in advantageous positions. Fear, resentment, failure, and embarrassment will hold a person in check with a higher success rate than any other system of oppression ever could. Your environment has the ability to shape you, but it can never have the authority to define you. Even a plant raised in a violent home can reach its full bloom. May not be by conventional means, but given the nourishment, it will fight to reach maturity and it won’t think twice about whatever obstacles were presented along the way.

Creative Beginnings
Under the New Moons light all of the stars are aligned, and the crown has been balanced by a pristine cut and fully charged Crystal. Silence is found, and balance is created. Your eyelids fall like wet sand bags as your body erects to an upright ninety-degree angle. Your feet are planted firmly on the ground as you rest your back on the suede black arm chair. You begin to relax in your seat as you receive the energy from the Clear Quartz Crystal, our circle of trust has now been created, and you are now ready to fully receive the energy of the Crystal. Our journey begins. Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth the entire body begins to feel free and unrestricted. Clear quartz has granted you clarity and you are open to move forward. As the Moon Light White of the Quartz Crystal is illuminated a pale violet aura circles its luminescence.

Introduction Experiencing abuse and neglect during childhood can cause a person to have difficulty growing into an adult. They find comfort in toxic and unstable relationships, acquire maladaptive coping skills, have self-internalized feelings, co-dependency issues, etc. This stems from the need to be nurtured, loved, and supported. How many of you can relate? How many of you never received that? I promise more people relate to this than you can imagine. I know you are supposed to grow and learn how to care for yourself, but how can you do that when you have no idea where to start? Many were neglected as children, raped, mentally and physically abused, and molested. How do you grow emotional intelligence when you were too busy trying to survive? Individuals who endured this did not get to experience a real childhood.

Physically active lifestyle and mental well-being
Hey everyone, I hope you all are doing well and are safe at your homes. In this article, I am going to talk about my personal experience of having a physically active lifestyle and how it changed my life forever. I come from an Asian society, where beauty is defined by having a lean body and a perfect face texture, but I disagree. In today's world, where mental health has become such an important topic to talk about, there are certain limitations that are keeping us back from truly being ourselves. We live in a world where eating eating disorders, which are potentially life taking, are considered as a pride by some individuals as they are conditioned to believe that beauty or having a certain body type correlates to their self-worth, and that sounds dangerous. I have been raised in the same way, and you won't believe if I tell you that I have been told that if I do not have a certain body type, or if I do not dress up in a particular way people around me will end up hating me and I believed it. I thought that maybe if I start looking more girly and a bit more appropriate like other girls of my age, people might start appreciating me and that is where my anxiety and body image issues started. I misunderstood the concept of beauty and confused it with having a bone jutted structure. Where did the aspect of a good health go? Well you know what, it disappeared. For 2 years, I was living in a misconception that gave me nothing but an increased pulse rate and a diminished self-esteem. One thing that has always helped me get a hype and has given me a separate identity is dancing and yoga as well. It has helped me grow as a person and has made into an individual. The picture you see above, yes, that is me, being the happiest version of myself and doing what I love. Well if you ever feel alone, or you wish to talk to somebody or if you feel you are not being heard, you can always reach out to me, I am also a budding clinical psychologist. Now let us begin, what I am actually going to talk about today, that is physically active lifestyle and how it is important for all of us.

How Realism Led Me on the Path to Self-Love & Self-Care
Let me start by saying that I know that self-love and self-care just seem like two popularized hashtags overused on all social media platforms. I am honestly guilty of doing just that. But it would be remiss of me to not share how I've used these two simple concepts to alter my life for the better. Before I get there though, I have to explain exactly how I upgraded into this seemingly positive, seemingly wise, and seemingly optimized version of myself.

Walk to maintain your Mental and Physical Health.
I had to make the switch from running to walking when I was in my teens because I discovered that I had an in-turning ankle which made walking painful. This means that the bone of my ankle supporting my foot is not straight, it turns in which means that the bone-structure is weak, and does not have the strength to support my foot. This can cause excruciating pain to both my foot and ankle when running, and I had to find an alternative way to maintain my cardio and fitness levels, so I chose walking.
