The Tremendous Benefits of Writing It Out. Content Warning.
Over the course of last few hours, I’ve just been writing nonstop. If you take a look at my latest posts, you’ll likely gather really quickly that I haven’t been feeling the greatest lately. I’ve decided to make this third story a little more candid than the poem I posted earlier this evening, which was… descriptive, yet vague.

Cutting the Red Tape: Understanding the Connection Between Depression and Addiction. Content Warning.
Depression, with its intricate web of emotions and experiences, manifests uniquely in each person it touches. I was inspired to write this article based on an interaction I had in the comments on YouTube, so thank you to that viewer for the inspiration.

Behind the Microwave Door
The microwave's shrill electronic cry shattered the concentrated silence Sarah had cultivated for the past hour. A cruel countdown to the looming deadline that hung over her like a storm cloud. With a sigh that rumbled from the depths of her being, she slammed her laptop shut, the satisfying click a defiant act against the suffocating pressure. Reaching for the familiar cotton oven mitt hanging by the stove, it offered a small comfort against the pre-meeting jitters that had taken root in her stomach.
