anxiety
A look at anxiety in its many forms and manifestations; what is the nature of this specific pattern of extreme fear and worry?
Anxious
I started seeing a counselor when I was still in high school. However, I didn't start getting panic attacks until the late '90's. They snuck up on me. At first I didn’t know what they were. I was depressed at first. The anxiety came later. By 2000, I knew I was having panic attacks. I was misdiagnosed as bipolar, back then.

Living with Anxiety Long-Term Is Like Living in an Apocalypse. Top Story - July 2019.
My all-time favourite film is The Terminator. I watched it again on the weekend and it set my mind thinking. Why are all my favourite films/video games on the theme of survival or apocalyptic destruction? Why do I find it so hard to find a comedy programme that I don’t find banal and that can really entertain me? Why do the comedies I like always seem to be tinged with at least a hint of disaster?

It Takes One Important Decision
It has been months since I wanted to start this journey by putting my words to use by hopefully inspiring or helping others with anxiety, and furthermore, giving myself a platform to express my feelings. I want to assist in my own recovery from this on-going whirlwind of thoughts and feelings that runs ever so rapidly through my head without any control from myself. It has been a while because I have fallen in love.

Living With Anxiety
There was something bittersweet about figuring out that I had an anxiety disorder. My entire life I always felt a little different. Even as a child, I would wonder what was wrong with me. How come I always felt like an outcast? Better yet.... how come I always felt nervous about absolutely everything I did?
