Natural Relief For Anxiety And Stress by Gustavo Kinrys and Alexandra Gold is an informational book about natural ways to manage stress and anxiety. The authors take a natural approach to maintaining mental and emotional health. It is a short and fairly easy read for anyone to enjoy and receive some well-researched information on how to relax and take it easy.

I really enjoyed the fact that the authors didn’t over complicate the terms used when explaining different techniques and alternative medications. My biggest problem with reading how-to books is always the complex terminologies that the author or authors tend to use. I always appreciate it when basic terminology can be used instead of words that are too complicated for some readers. I definitely can find some use for some of the techniques and medicines that are used as examples in this book.

I had a hard time finding anything wrong with this book. Although some of the techniques were not useful for me but they may be for someone else. There were also some medicine that I could not find or felt were not in my best interest to use. I also felt that there were some more remedies that could have been mentioned but some may be controversial so I understand why they may not have been put in there for the general population.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. I did not see any grammatical errors so it seems to have been professional edited. While some parts of this book was not useful to me, it may be useful for someone else in a different situation and circumstances. So I did not take that into account because this book was so well done that even my criticism had a hard time finding any negatives. This book will change your life!

I recommend this book to those who are suffering extreme stress or depression. It is also great for anyone experiencing distress due to mental or emotional illness. This is also a great read for anyone since we all experience stress and anxiety from time to time... some more than others. It is definitely a much needed read for this year with all the changes and difficult times. I actually wish they had added more techniques and medicines to try and experiment with in the crazy year that has become 2020. I love this book. It shall remain in my library for years to come...hopefully.

This year has brought so much stress to so many great people. I have seen so many who thought all their stress was gone until this year's pandemic happened. While I highly recommend getting into your spiritual side and finding your religion this book may also help you in ways you never thought it could. I myself did not realize just how much I needed to read this book. I was very happy to have been fortunate enough to find this just when I needed it the most.

Sometimes we all need to take some time for self care and figure out what works the best for us and what we need. We also do not always need to take a prescription medication and just need to take the more natural route. It is very important what we put inside our bodies and how we treat ourselves. So I highly recommend that you all pick up this book and read up on some of the natural ways your stress and anxiety can be relieved. It helped me so I hope it can help all of you as well.
