Stop engaging in gossip, when you're online, whatever you watch on YouTube, whoever you follow on Instagram let them be people with substance. As much as you're gonna follow your favorite celebrities or people who inspire you maybe in fashion also follow people who are gonna also feed your mental and your emotions . Read books engage with people who have deeper conversations . Use your time online to benefit yourself . Entertainment is good but also get value for your bundles as well that's what I think.
