Manifestation Mindset

You are the Creator of Your Reality

By Michelle TaskerPublished 5 years ago 4 min read

Manifestation is not just a myth. We all manifest daily from the quick mundane ideas to the things we are most passionate about. The true “secret” to manifesting is really recognizing that we are instantaneously creating our reality, in every single moment, based on where are our in our subconscious beliefs, and state of being (feeling state). To give clarity: state of being is your overall emotional state that you resonate at. What you believe to be true will create into reality. Whatever circumstances are present before you, doesn't matter. Everything has the power to be changed, altered or rewritten. Everyone of us is pushed out into other people. Ever notice when you have a bad day everyone around you does too? Ever notice the people in your childhood somehow play out in your adult world in some capacity? For example, if you got bullied by a male and female as a child, you may notice you have a male and female who bully you as an adult. There are things within us that are embedded in our subconscious that manifest into reality daily. "Money doesn't grow on trees." Ever hear that growing up? Yet most of us who did aren't millionaires and most are just getting by paycheck to paycheck. Because our beliefs tell us that money is scarce and hard to get. Ever think of a place to eat and someone suggests it? Because everyone is YOU pushed out. Where you reside in your mind and your beliefs as well as your beliefs of others will manifest into reality of other people.

Often people in the manifestation community preach that circumstances do not matter, because if you do not allow them to make you feel disempowered or upset, and you maintain a feeling of love, happiness and knowing that it is going to work - then the circumstances will change. A key thing here is to have unshakeable belief and faith, no matter what is presented to you - sometimes when you shift your beliefs, you may see some opposite results, take these as “tests” and give them no power. You’re not doing anything wrong, your reality is adjusting to the new belief system; make this all about you, maintain your own inner stability and self-concept, and you will prevail.

You also need to have the keen awareness as to why circumstances are manifesting in the first place. I like to look at reality very artistically, instead of feeling like things are happening to me, I ask “why is this happening?”. If our beliefs create our reality, and somebody is rejecting you, then you should pause and ask yourself “which belief created someone to reject me?”. This is a small example, but the answer would be: “I am not worthy/deserving/good enough”. This perspective takes a lot of ownership and introspection to maintain, because you are taking full responsibility for your life. If it’s hard to grasp that your disbelief has caused people to treat you in undesirable ways, then persist in changing your beliefs and you will see that as you shift, they shift with you. The truth: there is no separation, everybody and everything is showing up based on what you believe and feel about yourself at a core subconscious level. Your romantic relationship is the physical manifestation of the relationship you’re having with yourself. Meaning, if there’s any doubt, insecurity, fear, need for validation, instability or unresolved emotional wounds within your subconscious mind - your partner will reflect this back to you. The more you focus on trying to change them, the more you’re disconnected from yourself, therefore why I emphasize the focus to be on your self-concept, because your physical circumstances are non-specific manifestations of your subconscious beliefs.

I have been studying Law of Assumption and Law of Attraction for a few years now. I have read some of the work of Neville Goddard, I have read books by Esther/Abraham Hicks and many other keen authors. I have watched numerous videos from many other LoA coaches and I have learned the fundamentals listed above. I want to continue learning how we work a humans, how we create our realities. How do we change thoughts and acknowledge where we, ourselves, are falling short. We are human and we will have down days. We just can't allow ourselves to make that the main focus of our reality because that's what will manifest. Manifestation requires no action, just like how these undesirable circumstances spontaneously manifested, the moment your beliefs change, your reality will spontaneously manifest differently. I want to delve into other people's worlds and help them achieve what is hard for them to get to.

Up until now I was very focused on a specific person and after retraining my brain I managed to disconnect myself from that person and things began to shift in my world. The people I affirmed would change for me did. The money I swore I'd receive, I did. I started helping people in chat rooms get to this level and it took time to get there but I find I have people often asking for my help. I, along with my manifestation partner, have helped people for free by helping them focus on their goals and many of their end goals have manifested as they asked for.

I'd like to take my work from being casual, free help on Facebook groups to it's own paid coaching sessions. I'd like to have paid group sessions to connect people together of like mind and help people "glow up" when they feel stuck. Could be a monthly membership to a group, a series of email coachings for a certain price, video chats, YouTube videos, paid entries in our evening journals and specific focusing time on their issues.
