Why Self-Acceptance Is Bullshit
"I feel like garbage today," I responded, unsure if he was asking about my day because he wanted an honest answer or if he was just making small talk. Filtering has never been my forte, so I went with the first answer that jumped out of my mouth.

You Can’t Purge Reality
There is a large community of people online who are recovering from eating disorders. It’s beautiful how so many different people, from so many different places, with so many vastly different lives can come together and support each other. Despite so many differences between all these people, a majority of them look up to Demi Lovato. And for good reason. Demi Lovato has been very open about her own journey and recovery from bulimia and has worked to open conversations about ending the stigma tied together with mental illness in society.

A panic attack can happen anywhere, at any time. It does not discriminate. You don't have to be diagnosed with a mental health problem. You don't have to be a female. You don't have to be a male. Mental Health
So mental health has always been a very hushed topic in our society until very recently, which I personally think is a good thing. Mental health issues are anything from anxiety to depression to even schizophrenia. There is a wide range of mental health issues that people also have either never heard of or never speak about. However, that doesn’t mean that they are not just as or more important than anything like depression.

My Own Unhappiness. Top Story - April 2018.
PMA Growing up, my father used to tell me that the only person making me unhappy was myself. It was infuriating. Some situation or another had me wallowing in self pity, and here comes dear ole dad telling me to get over myself. Getting over yourself is not an easy feat for a sullen teenager. So I shrugged off his advice and continued on my self destructive path, blaming everyone but myself for my discontent.
