The Dalai Lama has been leading in knowledge of sciences along with Buddhist practices. He says “Compassion is the radicalism of our time” radicalism is able to create changes in the world. You wouldn’t really think compassion could really be used in the same sentence but when you actually think about it and meditate on it Compassion actually IS able to accomplish RADICAL CHANGES in the world, I will explain why.

The ways we need change in the world starts with your abilities to hone in on compassionate practices in your own life. Towards yourself first, your family, your peers and even your enemies. Enemies can become great friends as well if you approach their views with a compassionate heart. Getting to know your opposite energy being can even bring you strength for seeing past your differences. When you have conversations eight others, if you are staying aware throughout, compassion becomes second nature when honed in on. Daily I work in the morning to have my rituals for my self compassion. Starting with my waking Yoga flow to awaken my body and align with my mind, it not only strengthens your body but help to strengthen your mind and become “tuned in” with the world wishing you and around yourself as well. Next becoming aware of what I eat in the morning and staying conscious of consuming the most Organic and nutrient dense fruits to get my day going, usually blackberries, a banana, izikeil toast with avocado and sometimes even an organic Kale juice shot. This brighten my morning and awakens my mind and eyes. Next is to oil pull with coconut oil for 15-20 minutes then brushing my teeth with none fluoride toothpaste.

Even what you put on your body when you take a shower and the lotions you apply, start looking at the labels and research just how good or not that they are for yourself. It makes a difference. When you become clear like I have become then everything can be pin pointed if I start feeling ill. I now only use Organic soaps if I use them and coconut oil for lotion, because it is more pure than all the good smelling stuff you can get from the mall, which actually I found was the reason I was getting sick a lot. Now becoming aware that the applications of outside substances can affect ones self you will being to see more clearly in both your physical being as well as your minds eye.

Staying disciplined with your self care then will transmute into allowing yourself to feel better both inside and outside you will start hearing others say you “glow” which means your light is starting to shine through. This process is gradual and does not happen over night. But with dedication to yourself in becoming the best you can be will drive you and motivate you to keep on that track as do I. You will start seeing yourself making healthier choices all day long and then your peers will see this and start to ask you how and why you are doing this. Those around you will be curious as to how to do this for themselves as well, and you can help guide them and motivate them through just doing the self work and allowing them to understand what you do to better yourself. We are all mirrors of one another and we can help impact others in a positive way through our positive examples.

After you have the clean sources of you foods, your dedication to your Yoga and yourself, you will then start to see with your minds eye what actually inspires and drives you and start your Pitney towards your full potential. We are beings of energy and our energy inside impacts others up to a 9 feet radius physically around us and also our intentions can impact others around the world. Keeping your mind disciplined towards thinking positive will inspire others to do the same and keep on learning for yourself.
