Clothes or mindset what you will change?

Eve teasing has become a focused topic in this digital world! No woman, of any age, color, character, ever deserves to be sexually violated or what some might lightly call “eve-teased”. In Bangladesh, the non-profit organization The Hunger Project found that eve-teasing not only harms women, it actually has a negative effect on human and social development. Woman is molested in India every 15 minutes & 80% cases go heard, reported but result is most of them didn’t get justice! According to BBC report, 42% of women face verbal teasing. Only 48% women are aware of existing laws & 67% of women taking measures to defend themselves. Women are not the sex object only they are human. From watchmen to policemen, everyone on the street makes women feel uncomfortable with his looks and acts.

The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil but by those who watch them without doing anything. Prior to that, strong law has to be establish in order to stop eve teasing. The government are not taking highest laws & that is the vital reason that eve teasers are increasing day by day. An interesting fact is when a girl is raped the society used to say that this girl is not pure! May be her character is bad that’s why she was raped & after that those girls cannot show their faces with pride. Question comes- Why girls have to stay at home, why they cannot show their faces, what the fault of that girl is! Answer is only fault is she is a WOMAN! Our society never point out that rapist who has done this shameful activity instead of they blame the women! Tomorrow it could be your mother, sister, wife, friends & fiancée! That time what roll the society will play? The crowd or the judge!

Touching a girl without her consent doesn’t make you a man it will give you the title of coward. Rape is not just a women’s issue. It’s about men who stop behaving like human beings & start behaving like animals. Rape is the only crime in which the victim becomes the accused! We live in a society that teaches women to be careful not to be raped, instead teaching men not to rape. Another example is- When a mother and daughter go outside together & suddenly men starts teasing the girl! How does a mother feel that time? Another bitter scenario is sometimes the mother also being TEASED! This is the world where we are living. The roots of all destruction is here the mentality. In a nut shell only one thing we need to set in our mind is- don't tell your daughters not to step in the night, instead teach your sons better.
