A micro lack of action, may change people's life
Ford's "stepping stone" to the company was the simple act of "picking up waste paper"

It is by no means an exaggeration to say that a simple act of infamy can change people's lives. Examples can be easily cited as evidence. The famous Ford Company in the United States not only makes the American automobile industry the first in the world, but also changes the national economic situation of the whole United States. Who would have thought that the miracle maker Ford's "stepping stone" to enter the company at that time was "picking up waste paper" this simple action?
Ford had just graduated from college at the time. He was applying for a job at a car company. Several of the people he was interviewing with had higher degrees than he did. When he knocked on the door and walked into the president's office, he found a piece of paper on the floor at the door. Naturally, he bent down and picked it up. Looking at it, he found it was a piece of waste paper and threw it into the garbage basket. The chairman has an eye on all this. Ford just said, "I'm here to apply for Ford." The chairman extended an invitation, "Very well, very well, Mr. Ford, you've been hired." The certainty, which surprised Ford, was in fact the result of his casual action. From now on, Ford began his glorious journey, until he changed the name of the company and made Ford Motor famous all over the world.
Ford's harvest seems accidental, but it is certain that his subconscious action comes from a habit, and the habit is formed from his active perception. As the famous psychologist and philosopher William James said, "Sow an action, and you will reap a habit; Sow a habit, you will reap a character; Sow a character, and you reap a destiny."
In fact, the butterfly effect, which scientists use to visualize chaos theory, is also present in our life: a bold attempt, a brilliant smile, a habitual action, an active opinion and a sincere service can set off an unexpected starting point in life, which can bring much more than a little joy and superficial reward.
Who can catch the "butterfly" beneficial to life, who will not be abandoned by society.
Alan Rangel's favorite dish is Tortas Ahogadas, one of the quintessential regional specialties of Guadalajara, his birthplace in Mexico: pork-filled bread drizzled in a red sauce that is incredibly delicious for those not worried about cholesterol.
It was the 25-year-old who became the first El primer MasterChef mexicano to win over the judges on Sunday night.
Alan has been involved with cooking since childhood. He remembers being six or nine years old when his Cousins snatched a bite out of his bocadillos and asked him to make another ham because it was so delicious. Alan Rangel says his family was his first guests. "I used to make simple dishes like Frijolitos con Manteca."
The Masterchef Mexico chef said he never thought he would win the title. He started working at the age of 13 to help his mother with the household expenses. He worked many jobs before joining the iLatina restaurant in Guadalajara as a dishwasher. "To buy time to get into the kitchen and study, I wash dishes very quickly. I started to learn about ingredients and international food."
The judges of Masterchef Mexico say that in addition to his intuition and talent for cooking, Alan Rangel's observation will help him go far. Even if you take him to Rome, he can make bold and innovative dishes. For this competition, Alan also used innovative ingredients: venison with mashed sweet potatoes and apples. "In the kitchen, there's no need to follow a recipe. We need to break the fear of combining ingredients."
Currently in Mexico City, Alan Rangel says his favorites are tacos and quesadillas. "The world has yet to fully understand Mexican food. God willing, I want to take Mexican food to
