6) Focus on the throat chakra in your throat area. See a clear blue light spinning steadily. Breathe deeply here, allowing honest expression to flow.

7) Move to the third eye chakra between your eyebrows. Imagine an indigo light opening your intuition and insight.

8) Finally, bring your awareness to the crown chakra at the top of your head. Visualize a violet or white light connecting you to a sense of peace and unity.

9) Take a few more deep breaths, sensing all these lights spinning in harmony. Feel your whole body energized and calm.

10) When you are ready, slowly open your eyes and carry this balanced energy with you.
