Hope in the light of Eos
dreaming of our dawn
By Savannah K. WilsonPublished about a year ago • 1 min read

She won't leave my mind, yet doubts creep in ...
As they always do
What do I do? Pursue ... or give up now?
Beat the rush to the inevitable conclusion
The oncoming storm of unrequited heartbreak
Staying positive, staying hopeful is too much work
I am failing to only indulge, beginning to engulf
Those little moments, those heart-fluttering words
Have they all just been my imagination? My blind heart's desire
Is there any small spark there? Tiny flame of flickering soul's hope
...
What do I do? How can I give hope up
When I can only dream about
...
All I can think about
Is finally meeting you
