Farmer

Soldier of the Plow

By Farhan UllahPublished 8 months ago 1 min read

"With the eye of a rose, guardian of scent and hue,

Shelter of gardens, where blossoms renew.

Tendered by grace, in soft breezes he sways,

King of green fields, where golden crops play."

"Heir to nature’s deepest, veiled decree,

Conqueror of hopelessness, wild and free.

Confidant of rain's whispered lore,

Knower of the breeze, its tune and more."

Witness to nature’s radiant art,

"Bearer of beauty, pure of heart.

The moon’s soft soul, the sun’s bright gaze,

His eyes reflect their timeless blaze."

"Even hearts of iron melt beneath his tread,

A friend to fiery winds, where harsh suns spread.

His steps inspire, his presence ignites,

He walks with flame, in burning lights."

"The wave speaks of the current, where blood flows in the sand,

Where the heat of the heart turns into a cascade of hues so grand."

"They make rounds through the night, whose gaze touches the skies,

And by day, their fingers rest upon the pulse of the earth’s ties."

"Where the thorns grow, powers of destruction lie in wait,

Where on its path, the waist of civilization starts to break."

"Through whose labor, the garden of ease blooms bright,

And on whose shadows, civilization’s light ignites."

"The scars of hardship mark my soul like the sun’s burning trace,

The fields are distant, yet my face turns towards home’s embrace."

"A blow to the head, a pillow beneath the arm, and a mark upon the brow,

Before me, the oxen pair, and on my shoulder, the plow holds firm somehow."

Short Theme

This poetry reflects the silent strength, resilience, and dignity of the laboring soul—one who bears the weight of civilization on weary shoulders, endures the harshness of toil, yet remains inwardly connected to home, hope, and humanity.
