How Dangerous Are Pesticides to Cannabis Users?
The new wave of states legalizing marijuana use has led to a boom in cultivation—and that's a great thing. However, not all legal marijuana is grown the same way. Some use pesticides to prevent cannabis crops from being eaten by bugs, and others don't.

The Trouble With Mary Jane. Top Story - January 2018.
Introduction With many people around the world smoking Cannabis for the purpose of pain relief of all types, one can easily see that it provides very clear benefits. Though, as with all forms of medication, there always arises a high chance of encountering undesired side-effects. The most well-known detriment smoking marijuana can have on an individual: the weakening of synapses in the hippocampus, an area of the brain crucial to memory formation. You can read more in thearticle "How marijuana makes you forget," published by the journal Nature in 2012. Having said this, it shocks me to see how quick some misinterpret marijuana as a "golden bullet" of sorts, and the level to which people promote its disproportionate use.

First Timers: Episode 1
Who doesn't love a hilarious, semi-relatable first-timer story? That's what I thought. Stick around and enjoy the ride. As the youngest of all my mothers children, with a three-year age gap between myself and my nearest sibling (sister, boring), it was only natural that I would try to act bigger and cooler than I ever was. Right? The answer is yes. So from the very beginning of my rather wicked childhood, I would do exactly that.

My Family Tree
Getting high is great. It's almost magical. The first time I got high I remember taking notes of how everything that usually makes my mind race suddenly went silent. This is a great feeling for a high school kid who feels awkward in everyday life and deals with anxiety on occasion.

Delicious Liquids for Your Bong to Be Filled With
Back when I was living in a squat space with a couple dozen other people, we used to have certain bets we'd make with our friends. One of the bets would include how quick people would throw up after drinking used bong water.

Bud for My Buds
Let me start this out with a short story about my first experience with Marijuana. I was just a lad in high school with a dream to be a game designer, I had never tried any drugs because I was a gamer nerd with very few friends. That being said, my sister was quite the opposite. She was a social butterfly and us being two years apart, we always had a decent relationship as family, She is the first person that introduced me to Marijuana and so trusting her instincts, I tried it. Bad goes to worse here as, in fact, I knew nothing about the drug and I didn't know what different types of plants or strains were available, about 30 minutes after coughing up a lung I started getting pale and dizzy, I ended up in the bathroom for about three hours puking my guts out and trying to keep my composure. From that day on, I decided it was not for me, I had no other information about it, and I had no interest in knowing more. I only knew that it made me sick so obviously it was not good for me. From that day forward, I made a conscious decision to never smoke it again and to avoid being manipulated into trying again. I ended up telling most people I was allergic to it and if I tried I could possibly end up in the hospital. That being said, I had no idea the reason in which I had thrown up or why the drug made me feel the way I did.

How to Smoke Weed Inside Your House or Hotel Without Getting Caught
I remember when I first smoked weed inside someone's house. I was in college at the time, and it was a house where my friend from school lived. Cops were called because the neighbors hated us, and I ended up jumping out a window to avoid arrest.

The Wild West Revisited
“PROHIBITION ENDS AT LAST!” screams the cover of the latest LA Weekly, the one dated Jan. 1, 2018 — 84 years after the end of the genuine article, in December 1933. The cover of the popular alt-weekly was a bit over the top; Californians have been finding ways around restrictive marijuana laws for years — even as the country incrementally evolved its own position on recreational use. Like the original from the 1930s, the pot prohibition that ended with the year 2017 was, practically speaking, never much of a “prohibition” in the first place.

What Are the Benefits of Cannabis Honey?
While honey alone is very nurturing, given that it's a natural form of cough syrup, energy source, and aid for diabetes, cannabis honey has quite a few benefits you might not know about. First and foremost, cannabis honey is a blend of marijuana, or cannabis plants, infused with honey, which can then be administered either recreationally or medicinally. Coined "cannahoney," this simultaneously edible and drinkable blend of two healthy, natural ingredients has additional qualities that set it apart from practically all other rival cannabis blends.
