Front Porch Smoke Sessions
Our latest smoke sessions have started requiring blankets. The leaves are starting to fall, and it's no longer 80 degrees midday. What we're most excited about is the fact that the mosquitoes have finally returned to Hell, where they belong. Our friend, Brittany hasn't been with us to smoke this week, but we've all definitely been keeping in touch.

"I was gonna finish this article, and then I got high..." Thankfully, I did get around to completing this, but not without some help from some of my favorite stoner rap songs. It's no secret that there is a deep relationship between weed and music. Most of your favorite rappers probably spark up every once in a while—or every day (but hey, we're not judging!). Rappers who love weed often foster and support 420 culture. This might be a subjective opinion, but rappers who love to smoke often spit cerebral, surprisingly deep bars and we can't deny that it's probably a result of the weed offering up alternative creative outlets. It started with my sister, in the driveway, at the trunk of her car. The strain was called purple haze. Rolling a small joint, it took only one to two hits for me to be in my own kind of haze.

As of October 17th, 2018, Justin Trudeau’s promise to legalize recreational use of marijuana has finally come to pass. To many Canadians, today represents the historic end of a prohibition on a harmless little green plant. I do support the idea that government has been ineffective in deterring usage of this drug and we are better off with legalization than otherwise. However, I believe the government has many some crucial missteps with the role out of this policy in Canada.
