Bourbon Sweet Tea

Bourbon Sweet Tea is a great summer cocktail. Boil water add sugar and black tea bags and let steep. Remove the tea bags and let it cool. Making the cocktail pour the tea mixture into a pitcher, and add cold water, bourbon, and ice. Stir well and pour into highball or Old Fashioned glasses.

Creamy Earl Grey Cocktail is a combination of Earl Grey simple syrup, gin, and lemon juice. The syrup is prepared by steeping Earl Grey tad bags with equal parts of sugar and water. Then it’s refrigerated. Putting together the cocktail add gin, Earl Grey simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and egg white. Add ice and shake well to fully emulsify the egg white.

Earl Grey Blackberry Bourbon Cocktail combines sweet and bitter taste with aromatic scent and the warmth and spice of whiskey and liqueur. Prepare a simple syrup with Earl Grey, add bourbon, Earl Grey tea, and blackberry Liqueur, add ice, and stir. The cocktail is garnished with blackberries. If you choose you can also include some spiced pear liqueur.

Earl Grey Old-Fashioned is a cocktail for tea and cocktail lovers. It is prepared by steeping Earl Grey tea bags with equal parts sugar and water. Bourbon or whiskey is added to an airtight container with tea bags and closed to infuse for 24 hours. The cocktail is made by combining the simple syrup, both bitters and the infused bourbon, and poured into an old-fashioned glass. Add ice and stir.

Lavender, Rosewater, Hibiscus Spritz Cocktail combines fruity, flower, and aromatic scents. The cocktail is a combination of dried culinary-grade lavender, vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, sparkling wine, hibiscus tea bags, sugar, water, drops of rosewater, and one egg white. The hibiscus syrup is prepared with hibiscus tea bags, sugar, and hot water. After it is cooled, the tea bags are removed and placed in the fridge.

Spiced Gunpowder Guava Cocktail is a blend of sweet, acidic, and spice flavors with green tea syrup. Green tea syrup is prepared with gunpowder green tea or loose green tea, granulated sugar, and water and let to steep. The cocktail is prepared by combining salt and cayenne pepper in a shallow bowl. The rim of the cocktail glass is moistened with lime juice and rolled in the salt and cayenne pepper mix. In a shaker add ice, Don Q Oak Barrel Spiced Rum, guava nectar, lime juice, gunpowder green tea syrup, and orange curacao. Shake and pour into a cocktail glass.

Strawberry Chamomile Paloma is a cocktail that brings together grapefruit juice, chamomile honey syrup, tequila, and fresh strawberries. The syrup is made with chamomile tea bags, honey, and water. Once the cocktail is poured into a glass it can be topped off with a bit of sparkling water.

Tropical Mango Black Tea Cocktail is an interesting summer cocktail. It brings together the tastes of whiskey, mango, and black tea. The cocktail is made with mango juice, lightly brewed black tea, orange juice or orange liqueur, and whiskey. A bit of sugar and vanilla extract is also added and the cocktail if garnished with mint leaves.

White Tea and Muddled Basil Mojito brings together sweet and tart flavors with an herbal freshness. Mix together a cup of boiled water, add white tea bags, and steep. Remove the tea bags, stir in honey, and let cool to room temperature. For the cocktail cut a lime into quarters. In two highball glasses squash two lime wedges, half of the mint, and half of the basil. Squeeze the rest of the lime juice into the glass, add ice cubes, brewed tea, rum, and sparkling water, and stir.
