Tequila is a distilled spirit that is made from the blue agave plant. It can only be produced in some regions in Mexico mainly in the state of Jalisco. Tequila has a unique taste and aroma. The pina is the core of the agave plant and is the part that is used to make tequila which has become one of the most infamous spirits in the world.
Among the most popular tequila brands are Jose Cuervo, Patron, and Don Julio.

Aejo Old Fashioned is a rather complex cocktail. It must have the right combination of bitter Angostura bitters, sweet agave nectar, and silky Anejo tequila.

Bloody Maria might be a cousin to the Bloody Mary cocktail. In this case, tequila is mixed with tomato juice, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce.

Cantarito is a cocktail traditionally served in a clay cup of the same name. It is a citrusy and fizzy cocktail that is popular in Jalisco, Mexico. It is a mix of reposado tequila, multiple citrus juices, and a pinch of salt.
