Zombie In Pocket
In our pockets, they thrive
Our phones, oh what a sight
Always on, glowing bright
In our pockets, they thrive
Like zombies that come alive
We scroll and we swipe all day
Addicted in every way
Yet we forget the cost
Our health, it's almost lost
We hunch and we strain our neck
Our eyes get tired, what the heck
The blue light shines so bright
And we use it all day and night
The radiation it emits
Is just another risk we permit
We're glued to our screens
And our health, it just demeans
Our phones are like zombies in our pocket
Our addiction, we must unlock it
Let's put our health first
And unplug from this curse.
